Very attentive and courteous!

Quick, efficient and very friendly service!

Edit at the bottom. They made things right. I left my car there for an oil change, assuming they would give me a call when it was done since they took my number. They didn't, I came back, they were closed and my car was nowhere to be seen. Why did they not call me? Your guess is as good as mine. I've never really gone to Jiffy Lube. Looks like I never will again. Edit: So, they called me in the morning and let me know what happened. Long story short, it was a dumb mistake, and now I know to check before they close just in case instead of waiting on the call like I was. They were very generous and offered to just comp the oil change for the trouble. To be honest, if I wasn't there with a friend, I could've been stranded with a dead phone and no way to get back home, it could've been bad. Anyways, as unfortunate as the situation was, I can't fault them too much for it, and they were very nice about it...

The service was great! Even if your going in for an oil change they check all systems of the car, I appreciate the extra effort.

Staff were quick to help, I thought it would be a while with all the stuff I needed done, but it was so fast I honestly was super surprised! They were quick and sweet, which is awesome considering repairs normally take time and make you wait. I didn't wait at all. I will absolutely be back!

The service was great as usual & the guys are hard-working and always professional. I opted to sit inside my vehicle as they performed my maintenance and the conditions in the shop was unbearable due to the heat. I witnessed all your employees dripping in sweat with no score a fans anywhere. I highly recommend for you provide several shop fans or swamp coolers for your employees ASAP!. This heat is only going to get worse & I hope you would take your employees working conditions as your top priority. Keep them happy because they keep us customers happy. Thank you.

Oscar and his Crew, Did a fabulous job getting our car repaired, went in for just an oil change turns out had a coolant hose break, and they handled the situation professionally and efficiently! ????????

Friendly staff kept me informed of the needed repairs. They offered extras, but were polite and not pushy about them. They got the job done quicker then expected, which was great.

I’m always hesitant on going to jiffy lube from past experiences. I had an issue with my car that left me no choice and I have zero regrets about it. The guys who helped me with my car were absolutely amazing. 10/10 I’d recommend this place. Very knowledgeable people. Big shout out to Oscar!!

Best place in Temecula for a reliable oil change. You may have to wait a little longer than the V place but it will be a quality job and they won't forget to put things back together properly as the V place has done to me twice
