Today I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change, and I was very happy with my experience. The price was reasonable, and the service was very fast—it only took about 20–30 minutes. The employees were very nice, friendly, and welcoming. They also checked my car and recommended filling up the coolant, which was only an additional $4. My total was about $198 for the oil change and service for my Ford Mustang GT. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quick service, reasonable price, and friendly staff. I would definitely come back!

Jiffy Lube, on Thousand Oaks Boulevard in Thousand Oaks,took such good care of me and has maintained my son’s Ford Truck perfectly! Upon arriving, Koggy, the young man at the entrance, did a great job getting me checked in! Andres, the Manager, is terrific at offering outstanding customer service and support. Andres discovered that my son’s truck was out of coolant and he quickly filled it up for me. I don’t go any place else! I am a very happy customer!

Charge for labor for what? I thought the oil price change was included. Never happened before. Unless it's a replacement for the air cabin replacement, which was taken out for review.

They told me I had to wait like 40 minutes because of the previous appointment. Then out of nowhere, they had me in and out in 20. It was such a pleasant surprise. My car was a little overdue and I was feeling guilty. I was so grateful for their customer service ??

Both employees I dealt with today Tuesday May 12 2026 were great. Explained thoroughly costs between the different grades of oil, and wait time, 15 minutes which is usual. I will be back.
