Andres was so sweet and helpful in explaining what was needed to be done on my car. Highly recommend jiffy lube in Thousand Oaks!

Charge for labor for what? I thought the oil price change was included. Never happened before. Unless it's a replacement for the air cabin replacement, which was taken out for review.

They told me I had to wait like 40 minutes because of the previous appointment. Then out of nowhere, they had me in and out in 20. It was such a pleasant surprise. My car was a little overdue and I was feeling guilty. I was so grateful for their customer service ??

Both employees I dealt with today Tuesday May 12 2026 were great. Explained thoroughly costs between the different grades of oil, and wait time, 15 minutes which is usual. I will be back.

I had a great experience here. The staff was efficient and on point and quick. The best part was my interaction was with an employee named Koggy. He was so personable and friendly and took the time after my car had been serviced to chat and talk about cars in general. Basically he was professional and polite yet very personable. He had suggestions on what to get serviced next that they could not provide on my specific car at that jiffy lube (a transmission check and fluid change). Koggy went above and beyond and made the experience awesome. I drove away very glad I got my car serviced at this location. Andres was also great and helpful and on point.
