They were fast and friendly the one on Thousand Oaks on Thousand Oaks Blvd. Oil charge . They are So much better than the one on Kanan Road !! 10/20/26 the man that was there was unfriendly and rude . Always an hour and a half wait with no one there ??

The sweetest, nicest staff. Made me feel comfortable. Asked me if a wanted blended or synthetic oil for my Prius instead of charging me the most expensive. Car drives like a dream

I had an excellent experience at this JiffyLube Multicare! I stopped in for an oil change and brake inspection, knowing I needed new brakes. They took a look and showed me some pics of my current brake pads and gave me a super reasonable price! I ended up out the door with an oil change and all new brakes for under 4 figures which is unheard of, especially in Southern California! The customer service was exceptional from greeting to handing the keys back. Service was quicker than estimated and I am very happy with the work performed. I’ll be back!

Professional from the start, however they did not close the hood all the way upon completion, so i had to immediately pull over after i left to close it. Would have got a 5 star except for that.

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube. They have four bays so there’s always availability. It’s nice and air conditioned in the waiting area and they are extremely pleasant. The only thing missing is a restroom and vending machine for customers, Even if I’m here for only an oil change

Fast, easy reliable service.

My family and I traveled on vacation and had a flat tire on our rental. The rental agency was no help, so they directed us to 2905 Thousand Oaks Blvd, Jiffy Lube. The tire we needed was not available until the next day. Jose went out of his way to accommodate same day service. We are beyond grateful and impressed by their team and their dedication to assist us. Kudos to the Amazing customer service by the team!!
