I was in and out in 15 minutes! The crew here is great. I love being able to stay in the car while they get everything done. I’ve been to this specific Jiffy Lube 4 times now and only have positive things to say. They haven’t tried to oversell me either, which I always appreciate it.

I needed a last minute oil change. Went to jiffy lube. I was greeted promptly and pulled right in for service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t even have to get out of my car. Brian did my oil change and Jose was there to help ensure things were as quick and smooth as possible. I’ve had bad experiences with jiffy lubes in the past but I would definitely come back here. Excellent service, both with vehicles and customers.

Jiffy Lube is as always the best. I drove up and they told me it would take 30-40 minutes but in true Jiffy Lube fashion, it only took 20. The mechanics here are incredibly kind and always professional. I cannot recommend this location enough!

I had a great experience with Luis at Jiffy in Redondo Beach. He did an excellent job, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to communicate everything clearly. I really appreciated how professional and helpful he was throughout the process. Great customer service from Luis—I would definitely recommend him!

Jose, the Assistant manger is always so helpful and informed. This is my favorite Jiffy Lube location. Unfortunately the regular manager has been snappy towards me on more than one occasion and seems overall irked and inconvenienced to be servicing me. I’ve also noticed him talking so rudely to the other workers and it makes me highly uncomfortable. All of the other workers are so kind and everyone takes great care of my vehicles that is why I’m giving a 5 star review. But I highly advise management to reassess the attitude.

They are the most helpful mechanics ever! So honest too!
