Great , and I mean Great customer service, step by step updates, I drive from another town just to come to this location.

The crew at the Tracy Jiffy Lube was courteous and got me in and out from drop off to drive with 25 minutes for my oil change

Great customer service. They were so fast. I was in and out for an oil change in less than 20 minutes.

People here are very nice and friendly

It was my 2nd time doing the oil change with Jiffy Lube in Tracy. The guys who did the oil change was friendly and respectful. Although the maintenance required light was on after doing the old change, it think it was because I was the last customer doing the old change. I recommend them for oil change.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The car in front of me in the bay was taking a long time and someone came out to apologize to me about it. I did wait quite a while, like I was there about an hour, but once I got in there the service was fast and they made sure my tires were properly inflated and they even washed my windshield once I mentioned I was about to drive to LA.

I was impressed with the friendly team work and efficiency by the crew responding to a variety of concerns providing information to completion of tasks in a polite and professional manner. Kudos to the management and crew.

I came to get my woman her maintenance done & the guy was very efficient! He went over the requirements of her vehicle and what it needed. Overall I got a $33 off coupon & the total was less than going to Toyota & paying an arm and a leg. Thank you jiffy lube team!

Took my Cadillac Escalade here for service and had a great experience. The team was fast, professional, and very friendly. The price was fair and the service was quick. Highly recommend!

Got in and out without an appointment. I thought the price was a little high, but I had a $37 off coupon which I think made it somewhat in the mid range of a Fair price. So check for coupon codes. The employees were respectful and very courteous

I went in on my lunch break to get an oil change and they were very fast and efficient.Robert and Nico were very professional and polite and quick.I appreciated them, they even offered me To get my gas cleaned out at a great deal. Also the gentleman cleaned my windows it was quick and easy and professional whooo whoooo
