Had my routine oil change

Accurate with time of completion Courteous. I would have given 5 stars but it was pricey and they forgot to reset the trucks' Oil change reminder.

The customer service, attentiveness, respect, and kindness from the owners and staff at Jiffy Lube were truly a **10 out of 10!** ???? I have never experienced an oil change where I walked away feeling like they genuinely checked every single thing concerning my vehicle, to make sure I was safe and good to go. This is the perfect example of the saying, You may not always like the price, but you get what you pay for.” The level of service, care, and attention to detail made it worth every penny. I will absolutely be bringing all of my vehicles back to Jiffy Lube for future service. Thank you for providing such an exceptional customer experience! ??????????

I have gone to Jiffy Lube a number of times for an oil change. They are always very professional and get me in and out. I appreciate this because my schedule is very busy. .

Quick and friendly service

I ask about my coolant and steering fluid though. They said they will check it but at the end of service there is no follow up. So idk if it’s good with those. I just left. Martin’s customer connection is okay ??.
