Quick and friendly service

I ask about my coolant and steering fluid though. They said they will check it but at the end of service there is no follow up. So idk if it’s good with those. I just left. Martin’s customer connection is okay ??.

I happen to housesit for my daughter while away and noticed my oil down to 20%. Found this place and NIKO is the best ! He detailed what’s included with the oil service and very friendly . He should be a manager as he treats his customers professional and very kind . Thank you for a place that hires guys that actually loves their job . Keep up the good work !

Very nice and courteous personnel and I was lucky because they took me right away.

I went to a dishonest competitor who after the oil change they provided told me I needed repairs for a gasket leak. Something seemed fishy because the car had never shown signs of a leak until after the oil change. I decided to take it to Jiffy Lube for a second opinion. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of excellent customer service I received by the entire team. Neeko explained to me that after a thorough inspection there was nothing wrong with the car other than leftover oil from the oil change that should’ve been cleaned off. After the inspection and clean up of the oil they sent me on my way with a smile and charged me $0. This location just earned the business of three new cars!
