My second time coming in for an oil change, and once again they walked me through the whole inspection process. As a woman, I’m always nervous about shops trying to upsell me, but I promise you—they didn’t. They were honest, fast, and had me out in about 30 minutes. Fast, immediate, reliable help with a standard car maintenance. Mario and his guys were extremely easy and quick to work with. I’ll be coming back here for all maintenance requirements.

Just moved into a house in Irvine and had this annoying little issue with my car that I kept putting off (yeah, not fun). Stopped by AutoZone, and they diagnosed the problem lickety-split. They handled the fix without any drama, which was nice. Honestly had no clue what to expect, but these folks made it pretty simple.

I actually went to Jiffy Lube thinking that I needed to have my coolant flushed because the Nissan dealership in Irvine advised me to have it done. Because JL does it for less, I decided to go there instead. To my surprise, David inspected my car and told me that I didn't need to have it done. Thank you David for your honesty!

Quick in, quick out! :) Only thing that could've been better was the price! $79 for semi synthetic oil seems a bit steep compared to Honda service :?-?$

I recently visited this Jiffy Lube location after many years, and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the team. From the moment I pulled into the lot, I was greeted with enthusiasm and asked clear, specific questions. The check-in process was incredibly fast; while I was getting signed in, two technicians were already under the hood getting to work. I half-expected the typical "upsell" for unforeseen problems, but it never happened. They completed the entire service in under 20 minutes. Having previously used dealerships and other specialty shops, I can really feel the difference in the staff’s attitude here. I’ll definitely be bringing my older vehicles to this location from now on.

This Jiffy Lube is always fast and efficient. Especially with Ride share vehicle inspections. The new service manager there, David, is super nice and friendly, as well as the staff
