They did an oil change and changed my tires on my car and they gave excellent service there workers were very nice welcoming and I’m definitely coming to them again 10/10

I am so grateful to the general manager of this store, Brittney. My father (85y/o) got a flat tire while driving on Baseline. He pulled over and attempted to change it on his own, when Brittney noticed him and pulled over behind him to offer him some help. He told me she had all the tools in her trunk, and was able to put the spare on in no time. She wasnt on the clock, she was on her way home! She stopped anyway. He tried to give her money, but she gave him her card and asked him to come by and see her sometime instead. Very impressed. She has gained an entire family of loyal customers after today, as well as anyone else I tell this story to. So grateful someone was there for him. This company is lucky to have someone as kind and competent as she is. We will be visiting soon !

The staff at Jiffy Lube did an excellent job of explaining the procedure of oil change. The workers had an amazing disposition and they were very professional in their job delivery. I highly recommend this location for future drivers that need an oil change!

Jordan was great! Super friendly and took really great care of me. This is the first time my fluids have been topped off at this location so that was a really nice surprise!

Very kind gentleman & informative regarding oil blends. I also was grateful that they tested my battery & im now prepared financially to purchase a new one instead of it going out randomly.

It didn’t even take 15 minutes. They were right on it. They recommended a new filter, which I appreciate.
