Went to get an oil change today as I am new to Vacaville, was going to go to Quick lame but it was closed. So, drove down the street and was greeted as soon as I pulled in by a nice young man named “Joey” he was very informative and offered besides “oil change” if I needed them to check anything out or tire rotation or if I needed my filters checked. It was a very good interaction. After I was checked in they offered for me to pull through and wait in my vehicle or to head inside and enjoy the nice air conditioned waiting room. It’s small but very clean, water, coffee, magazines, and TV are offered as well as an all gender restroom. The service was quick and when it was done I paid then they brought me out the the vehicle to show me a few things they thought I should know. “Findings” Let me see I really appreciated how fast and informative they were and the price wasn’t bad for a “full synthetic” oil change. I will give these guys a 5 star. Thank you.

I’ve taken my personal vehicle vehicles as well as company vehicles to the Jiffy Lube in Vacaville for about the last eight years. Great staff good management. Everyone has a good attitude, and they take care of their customers in a timely Manner. I hope you recognize the importance of the good management employees you have on staff.

I came to get an overdue oil change and the team was very friendly, professional and explained the procedure thoroughly. The oil change was done quickly and there were no hidden costs that popped up. Highly recommend this location!

I was treated with extra care and consideration, by an amazing staff. My car is very old, but not very many mileage at all, so the team at jiffy lube new exactly what my car needed and how to do it efficiently. Excellent service I’m very happy. Highly recommend this place for the Vacaville area than any other oil change company. Jiffy Lube is the best in town with the the very best staff.

Fast efficient service

I drove into Jiffy Lube in Vacaville, CA. Three men were ready and willing to care for my 1999 Toyota Camry. Great service by very friendly service. Things were thoroughly explained and I drove away with a happy engine. I’ll be back!

The whole team was professional and pleasant. Provided great explanations for services they can offer and what they were working on with my vehicle. They also allowed me to stay in the car while they worked, pretty convenient. Also very quick! Seriously, I showed up at like 9 and left by 9:30. And that’s with waiting for one other car in front of me. Will be going back, def recommend!

Honestly-every single guy working today was so kind and helpful and every single person worked together and communicated to me and to each other. They checked so many other things for me during my oil change and didn’t try to upsell me on anything and were honest about the condition of my vehicle (which was great). Very friendly staff and knowledgeable -will definitely come here for future assistance.

Thanks to Vince for a wonderful experience! From the second we pulled up he waved us in & had us at ease immediately. He went over every thing they found with no pressure to add anything. He took care of us better then any other place we've been to. I overheard another employee going over the same stuff with another customer & she was just as amazing. Everyone we interacted with was so nice. Will be using their services for all our needs they can handle. Thank you!
