To be honest, I was not a fan of Jiffy Lube due to past experiences at other locations. I felt like they were always trying to sell me something or make problems that were not there to upsell. The Jiffy Lube in West Sacramento on Harbour Blvd is AMAZING! The service is extremely fast and efficient. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They never try to sell me things I do not need but make me and my vehicle feel cared about. Overall, exceptional service!

Always a pleasurable oil change at the Harbor Blvd location in West SACRAMENTO. Roberto is more than willing to answer any questions and give help when asked. ‘Z’ was very professional at the counter and didn’t mind sharing her personal views on a couple subjects not related to the business. Great crew and service!

i showed up early in the morning when i was on the road and my prius threw a code. Z helped me and was so wonderful- professional, kind and explained what was going on and had me back on the road right away. i highly recommend Z and the jiffy line team!

I'm not a huge Jiffy Lube fan. I've been to several throughout the years and always below average, customer service rude, always overcharged and the wait time over an hour. About a year ago, I got off work late and needed an oil change. I was close to the West Sacramento location. They were done in 20 minutes, nothing but smiles and less money than expected. I went back a few months ago same experience. The manager, she knows how to run this place, she's on it!! Very Professional, Very Informative, Very Respectful and the crew all smiles and get the job done. I am now a fan of Jiffy Lube and this location is by far the BEST place to go for your car maintenance needs! ??????

Roberto or Bobby, was very great at explaining the services being provided . I left with no doubts. The service was great fast and efficient and affordable.

The employees did their job well. Jiffy Lube policy, in my opinion, should change regarding coupons/discounts for customers. I asked two employees if there were any coupons available to apply towards my oil change; the first employee said that I should check online, so I did...$33.00 off of full synthetic. When i went back to retrieve the coupon, it changed to $16.00 off of a synthetic blend/regular oil change. I asked the service rep about the $33.00 off coupon i saw, and asked if he could just apply it. He said he couldn't, so I searched online again and retrieved it...$33.00 discount applied without scanning the barcode from the website; which tells me he could have done it when i asked him about it. My problem is this: why did I have to PROVE to the associate that i saw the coupon when I asked about it two times with two different employees? This is why I take my car to Subaru (makers of my vehicle)...when I ask about any discounts that can be applied, they do it, no questions asked.

Excellent customer service and the staff was all very kind and helpful, I’m switching to this location from now on.

Very nice and professional staff. Everybody here seems to know what they're doing and does it rapidly or, I guess, in a jiffy. They seem to really care and offer different solutions. I've been coming here for years and I don't know why I haven't left a review yet. They impressed me and my wife and I'm happy that they're here. I would certainly give them a try if you haven't.

Super happy I stopped in for an oil change. I didn’t have a whole lot of time to spare and the shop did not disappoint. I swung into this shop in West Sacramento. They were great, one of the best things I experienced, they did not try to upsell me on anything that my car did not need. I will most definitely be going back. The restrooms are clean. The employees are very friendly and one of the most amazing things I’ve seen is they have a female technician, so kudos for them. She is fantastic as well. The entire staff is super professional superfast and they did a really good job on my high-end vehicle. You do not need to go to the dealership to get your oil changed, go to them and they will make sure that you’re taken care of.

What a great location. These people should all be given praise. Some locations are horrible and sketchy. Nothing bad here.
