Actually, it was my first time at Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I didn’t know they check everything and let you know if anything needs attention. Very professional and affordable—I’d definitely go again. The location I went to had great staff, and the manager (I think) was very thorough and nice.

Been coming here for some time for oil changes, but decided to finally give a review after today's transmission fluid change. The new manager (Johnnie) was really helpful in explaining certain details about my car maintenance. I really appreciated the breakdown and the visual explanation of my own car's parts.

I came for a basic oil change and came when it was less busy took about 20 mins . Employees were friendly and did recommend other services but I declined as I just purchased vehicle just a few months ago. This jiffy lube location is now my go to place for oil changes. Reasonable price. I was satisfied with work performance and would recommend to friends and family.

They were very fast and even brought the air filter in the waiting area to show me that it was still in good shape

So I went for a basic oil change, customer service was very helpful and understanding, I have an old car so it needs updates, when explaining some of the issues the staff was very attentive to finding the issue along with solutions. Now pricing is high but of course for any vehicle updates anything is bound to be expensive, I do plan to go back to jiffy lube to get my vehicle fixed piece by piece over time but I can thank the staff for taking time to help me

Jiffy Lube in Westminster always gets my services done quickly, which I appreciate. I don't always like the optional services spiel, (does everyone have to upsell now?) but when I'm not rushed, I think about the last time those services were done and will approve those filters and rotations. I take my car for granted and I shouldn't. Jiffy Lube reminds me that preventative maintenance makes my car happier, and that makes me happier. I ultimately like someone looking out for things I don't think about daily. I recommend this store!
