Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 6011 WESTMINSTER BLVD, WESTMINSTER, CA, 92683-3547

I had an issue with my engine skid plate being pulled off after an oil change. Johnnie, the store manager immediately took care of the problem by ordering a replacement and installing. Highly recommend this store for any service you need

John was great! They explained the required maintenance needed for my car, things to look out for. Checked the lights, fluids, seemed to go the extra mile. Comfortable waiting room. Thanks guys!

Jiffy lube has always been a reliable establishment. They take pictures of the parts that need to be looked at or repaired if your are not at the location. I recommend trusting this jiffy lube for honest mechanic work.

the guys at this location were very friendly and helpful

Knowledge, friendly, and efficient workers. Absolutely recommend this location.

We need a six star option! First time at this particular Jiffy Lube, the crew was fantastic. I don’t live very close to this shop, but needing to get an oil change done and having time (wife was shopping nearby), I gave them a shot. I WILL FOR SURE BE BACK! I’ll drive the extra miles to use this shop for my car needs, as I left feeling very confident and trusting of this crew. Trust is huge to me, and I think most people, so knowing they were sincerely taking care of my car told me all I needed to know. Huge thanks to the crew and I’ll see ya in a few weeks for some of the other things I need to get done!

Amazing experience! All employees were friendly. Did rear brake pads was in and out in under an hour. Will continue to bring my car to this location. Thanks guys
