Quick and convenient!

Fast service and amazing customer care

5/5 stars for being helpful and getting me a uber to be able to go home. I’ve been coming here for 5+ years and returning since they have the best customer service.

They were very Courteous and helpful. I came at a very busy time and I was able to leave the car and go for a walk. When I came back it was all done. Very pleasant experience.

I’ve visited the Wildomar location twice recently, and both experiences were excellent. Nathan and Daniel were absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was well taken care of. I really appreciated their honesty and the level of customer service they provided. A huge thank you to them both!

I can’t thank Nathan, Damian and Vincent enough for the way they took care of me at Jiffy Lube. I arrived close to closing with a long drive ahead, and they could have easily turned me away. Instead, they took the time to help me, completed the job, and went above and beyond to make sure I could travel safely. They kept me informed throughout the entire visit, explained everything clearly, and treated me with genuine kindness. Even at the end of their day, I never felt rushed. Their knowledge, honesty, and care left me in awe. I have never experienced customer service quite like this. The manager at this location was exceptionally helpful courteous and precise with the services he performed on my vehicle I will return to this location to have further work done on my vehicle..... He walked me through step by step of this internet entering all my information in.. I almost turned around and left until he decided to lend a hand and walk me through the process I do not like the process at all I don't feel that entering all of my own information via the Internet is acceptable

The team at the Wildomar Jiffy Lube gave me outstanding service. The new manager really impressed me; he took extra time to walk me through what my car needed and made sure I felt taken care of. Everyone was friendly, the prices were great, and the office was clean and comfortable. I’m really happy with my visit and will absolutely return!

Fast and friendly service. Met me outside, took the needed data on the car and they went to work. Extremely happy with the service and diagnostics on the vehicle. Told me to check tires and hadn’t thought that. Ended up getting two new tires an an alignment a few hours after the oil change!!

Friendly staff that seem to know there job and we're very helpful my only issue is they have not put the service on my Mazda to carfax

In the past I was hesitant to go to Jiffy Lube as they always tried to upsell me stuff I didn't need- well not the case at this Jiffy Lube! Nathan is an incredible manager. I felt very well cared for. He took time to explain what was going on with my engine. He was knowledgeable and efficient. My model is known to burn oil, and he gave me several options, even showing me what the Hyundai had sent him for routine maintenance and their latest updates. He was never pushy, but treated me with respect. I could tell this wasn't just a job, but that he was member of the community. He went out of his way to make sure the service was unmatched. 10/10 would return and that's a rating I thought I wouldn't say!

Nate and his crew were very professional and honest. They went above and beyond to insure my brakes were operating properly when I had them done somewhere else and it was not properly installed. Nate provided accurate wait times and was very understanding.

The new app was ok. Don’t think the service folks read it while I was there and it was a bit mid-leading where it had in very small print only choosing an oil change. Please lead with that. The lead service guy was very helpful though. I appreciate that.

The gentlemen servicing my car were very professional and thorough. I've had troublesome experiences at other service providers, but feel confident returning to this location of Jiffy Lube. 9/30 Second visit to this location. Another 5 star service! They do the best of all fast service providers - hands down. Had been a regular of Valvoline 15 minute Lube. Each location I used provided sub par service, most usually leaving my car leaking oil. Jiffy Lube does the job right - the first time. The extra time they take to check over the car is appreciated. I feel it saves me time and money. I trust them with my car and will return for scheduled maintenance.
