In the past I was hesitant to go to Jiffy Lube as they always tried to upsell me stuff I didn't need- well not the case at this Jiffy Lube! Nathan is an incredible manager. I felt very well cared for. He took time to explain what was going on with my engine. He was knowledgeable and efficient. My model is known to burn oil, and he gave me several options, even showing me what the Hyundai had sent him for routine maintenance and their latest updates. He was never pushy, but treated me with respect. I could tell this wasn't just a job, but that he was member of the community. He went out of his way to make sure the service was unmatched. 10/10 would return and that's a rating I thought I wouldn't say!

Nate and his crew were very professional and honest. They went above and beyond to insure my brakes were operating properly when I had them done somewhere else and it was not properly installed. Nate provided accurate wait times and was very understanding.
