Kind, knowledgeable & didn’t mansplain to me, instead were very helpful & thoughtful.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Nathan and the team. I brought in my Chevy 2500 Duramax diesel for a full synthetic oil change and fuel filter replacement. The price was very reasonable, and the service was fast, professional, and thorough. Nathan took the time to explain everything and made sure the work was done right. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Honestly, the experience was better than what I’ve received at the dealership, and at a much better value. If you have a diesel truck and want quality service without dealership prices, I highly recommend Jiffy Lube and ask for Nathan!

They took their time to look and inspect all my tires Axel because when I got there my tire bolts where lossened Nate made sure all four tires where safe to drive I was very happy with their service thank you! We were taken care of immediately when we arrived. The staff was friendly, especially Matthew our technician working with us. Will definitely remain a customer ! Also, I would like to add it was nice to be given a military discount, since so many businesses these days are taking it away.

The wait was a bit longer for a walk in oil change but the workers made sure to greet me and let me know right away. I was willing to wait and when the manager arrived to check me in he also addressed the wait time. This location is so helpful and friendly. They never rush the job and are always willing to help explain any issues that pop up. Luckily I'm still in the green this time. See you in 5K miles Jiffy Lube.

Service was good. The bathroom was a mess, no soap at all in the dispenser. $125 for oil change is very expensive.

Nathan in the red shirt got to me immediately as I pulled up. He and the crew did an awesome job. Asked all the questions and explained what each item was down the list. Great communication and very professional. Got me in n out! Thanks gentlemen!

Nate was the man that helped me during my visit and he went above and beyond in giving me advice and answering any questions I had with very informative answers. He informed me of my car’s maintenance intervals and had excellent customer service overall. This was my best experience at any jiffy lube location (my first time at this one) and my best experience with any oil change service. Thank you so much!

The technician Mark was delightful and spent time to show me the amount of oil that has been filled in and let me know that whether it is within a reasonable level. He answered some of my questions. Nathan ensured that the oil was sucked off from the top as my plug below was spoilt before.

I give them 5 stars for customer service, the three hour wait time no so good. But at least they were polite but way too many people standing around.

Great customer service, which tends to be rare these days. Nate was very accommodating and answered all my questions thoroughly. The facility is new and clean. There was a little bit of a wait. It took about an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. I took my son to the Wendy’s next door to kill time. Jiffy Lube’s regular price is high compared to competitors. I would encourage customers that prefer a better deal to check online for coupons.
