Service was fast, check in with QR code was a bit complicated for a non IT guy, but Jesus the sales associate was very helpful.

I will say the staff were friendly, quick, and efficient. Their new system of scanning a QR code and selecting all of your options on your phone and hitting submit reduces “pressure sales” to select things you don’t actually want. The pricing is all right there along with your discounts. Highly recommend. No more days of waiting around for a technician to check you in between servicing vehicles. This new method saves time for both employees and customers.

Matt serviced the vehicle with an assistant Matt is an excellent communicator positive attitude. Clarified the billing along with detailed review. I previously used a different Jiffy lube in town and intend to use this one instead. The atmosphere and customer support is what attracts people as well as good service

They do a good job, and they do it quickly. The only issue is, I think it's a little bit expensive. However they are the closest to my home and they have a nice facility and nice people working there so I pay a little extra.

Great customer service, I had an issue with a leak that unfortunately occurred from the last oil change I had there. the Jiffy Lube on Benton Rd. Team were quick to remedy the situation. Thank you guys for taking the responsibility and correcting the problem.

My truck had a breakdown on the way out after my oil change i let jiffy lube know a nd right away there manager called they came out to my house to see what happened and there going to give me a free diagnostic to see what's wrong. the manager was very concerned and attended in urgency I truly do appreciate adrian. However 2 weeks later promise not kept no free diagnostic its ok just won't be returning.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Nathan and the team. I brought in my Chevy 2500 Duramax diesel for a full synthetic oil change and fuel filter replacement. The price was very reasonable, and the service was fast, professional, and thorough. Nathan took the time to explain everything and made sure the work was done right. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Honestly, the experience was better than what I’ve received at the dealership, and at a much better value. If you have a diesel truck and want quality service without dealership prices, I highly recommend Jiffy Lube and ask for Nathan!
