Excellent customer service service! I love the staff, fast , friendly, and professional. The entire process is so easy from start to finish not like waiting 6 days while at the dealer. Also no appointments needed you could do this on a lunch break.

I definitely TRUST the Manager of this shop & I received TOP attention & guidance above my own level of automotive care. He was refreshingly HONEST!

Service was quick and representative was courteous and helpful.

Reanna Wright and Karlea are amazing working women! They were friendly, quick and efficient!!! Thank you so much for helping me today and being so nice! I will refer other people and come back for excellent service!

Really nice staff, very clean facility and friendly. The young lady that helped me was great I have a heavy duty truck that I drive over 100k miles a year. She told me something I didn't know I told her that most times it needs a extra quart or so. We went and checked it and it read low. However she told me to go park for 10 to 15 minutes then check I did so and it was right on the button. All this time I have been overfilling my oil. I have 260,000 miles on my 2024 F-350. I will be back for sure.

First time going into jiffy lube for an oil change and Vern and his team made it best automotive maintenance service experience that I have ever had! The ENTIRE visit from pull in to pull out was less than 20 mins. He definitely made me want to come back!
