I am writing to express my appreciation for the outstanding customer service at your Yuba City location. The staff are always helpful and willing to go out of their way to get things done. I have been visiting this location for years and have never experienced any issues. I highly recommend the Yuba City Jiffy Lube to others.

HIGHLY recommend Bridge st. Yuba City Jiffy Lube. Inexpensive and quick, they do quality work, explain everything to you when you have 0 car knowledge, are super friendly and personable, and WAYYYYYYYY better than the shotty work at Walmart auto. I will be returning for every oil change I need and recommending them to friends and family.

I love the ability to stay in car now while car is being serviced. I don't want to wait in their lounge with kids running around, strangers coughing, stupid things on TV. I prefer to sit in my comfortable car and watch whatever I want on my phone without being subjected to all the bs that comes with sitting in a dmv waiting room.

I have been coming to this location for years!! Vern and his whole crew are always friendly, helpful and easy to work with.

I drive super often and have to get oil changes a lot. Each time i go in, service super speedy and all vehicle needs are met. Mechanics there are realistic about what you actually need. Last time i got my oil change it was dome in less than 5 minutes.

Absolutely amazing service, it was my first time not changing my oil myself and it was all explained to me, employees communicated everything they noticed with my vehicle in a professional manner, the team seemed to really get along. Special thanks to Vern who walked me through everything and really helped me put my nerves aside. I'm definitely returning next time my commuter needs a little help.

The entire staff here rocks! I have been coming here for 10 plus years! They are all kind, thoughtful and go above and beyond for their customers. Friendly, polite and so respectful and kind which rare these days. Thank you Vern and crew.

I changed my own engine filter and cabin filter a few weeks ago. So when the advisor didn’t try to upsell me with new filters (“There is no need to change your filters at this time because they look great”) I knew they were being honest. That’s how you make returning customers.

Today was a great experience! Wonderful service from start to Finish felt welcomed and absolutely no pressure! Fast services and Karlea my Cashier was very friendly, and enjoyed her job, and made sure to make the experience Wonderful ?? I look forward to my next service!

No sales pitches, if your car doesn't NEED something they do not recommend it. My favorite for oil changes in town.

Everyone was so kind. My finances are not great, but be lost without my car. They did a quick and great job. They let me know about what needed to be done on my car. Everyone was kind, funny and giving people a cool place to relax. Although, it only took about 20-minutes!
