After being recommended to try Jiffy Lube, I went online, got an estimate and made an appointment. The staff was efficient and cordial. The work was good. My only qualms were the added charges for expendable items such as gloves, towels and other things. 15-20 minutes work for each vehicle and new towels and gloves are needed for each job? The small but clear caveat on the estimate said “starting from…” so added charges should be expected. A bit disappointing though. The estimate was already $96 for the oil and filter change. Everything is becoming more expensive these days. Overall, the staff’s work was fine and clearly explained up front.

I stopped in for something simple — just a tire pressure check — and Adrian went above and beyond. He checked all four tires carefully and made sure each one was set to the correct PSI. On top of that, he topped off my washer fluid and performed a quick general inspection of my vehicle, all without charging me a dime. Adrian is a great young man and a clear example of strong work ethic and pride in what he does. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes his job seriously. Excellent customer service like this doesn’t go unnoticed. I truly appreciate the extra care and will definitely be back.

My 2021 VW oil light inducator said to check oil level. Pulled into this Jiffy Lube. I was met by a professional technician, who checked the oil level, found it 1 1/2qts low. Filled it up and didn't even charge me. I definitely will get my next oil change at this location.

Needed to order an oil filter. They ordered one and had it there in 15 minutes. Total time In the shop was 30 minutes

Quick, professional and friendly, no line to wait in and the service was 15 dollars less expensive than the previous two visits. I was done in a Jiffy, full pun intended. I live just down the street and with this excellent review I hope I am not creating a line for myself for my next visit.
