Awesome job, very quick and the service was great.

Vernon and team were an ABSOLUTE delight. Highly recommend. Was able to stay in vehicle or go inside- or choice. Took less than 15 min total.

Oil change was quick. They didn't make me sit in my truck, like so many places do now. That was great. An area for improvement is clean up. They didn't clean up the oil that drained out of the old filter very well; it left a few drops in my driveway. I checked the filter and it's tight. Another positive, they didn't try to upsell anything un-needed.

The staff was super friendly, and the work was done to such a standard that I haven't seen in my area for a while.

This is my second time coming to this location in Bennett. The guys there are great. Would recommend going there.

My experience with this Jiffy Lube was excellent. I had a brake issue show up suddenly as we were driving cross country on I-70. I limped over to this facility on the advice of a Sheriff Deputy. Even though they would likely never see me again, the Jiffy Lube staff treated me like a regular customer. They listened carefully to all the symptoms I had observed and shared their thoughts on cause and remedies - their level of communication was great. They started work right up to closing and were willing to stay late but instead we decided to finish in the morning since there was a hotel in the same lot. Their brake man, Jack, even came in earlier than scheduled to finish the job for us. They also called to follow up after I had headed out to make sure the brake system was still functioning OK since there had been some quirky things going on with the sensors. Compliments to Jiffy Lube for opening this new location with seasoned pros from surrounding stores.

I was unable to get a tire rotation because the lift was out of service. Techs were friendly but failed to reset the engine change oil reminder message. No waiting so service was fast.
