Very friendly

Provided quick service and they were very kind. Thankfully they told me that my brake line probably had air bubbles in it and helped fix that issue for me. Stopping my car is much smoother now.

Roughly 40.00 more then there competition. Customer service was great. Fast service.

It was my first time to a Jiffy Lube and a pleasant surprise. Employees were very courteous and efficient. Only had my oil changed, but I was in and out in a very short time.

Very nice staff. They let me know what all they were going to do. When finished they showed me what they had done. Very professional. Will be going there again. The only thing was it was kinda hard to find the front door but I did eventually find it.

Good and fast service. Im glad that there is one in bennett now so I dont have to drive to town. Jiffy lube has done almost all the standard services on my truck from 140k miles to 230k and the truck is still driving like it was the day I bought it

Oil change was quick. They didn't make me sit in my truck, like so many places do now. That was great. An area for improvement is clean up. They didn't clean up the oil that drained out of the old filter very well; it left a few drops in my driveway. I checked the filter and it's tight. Another positive, they didn't try to upsell anything un-needed.

The staff was super friendly, and the work was done to such a standard that I haven't seen in my area for a while.

This is my second time coming to this location in Bennett. The guys there are great. Would recommend going there.

My experience with this Jiffy Lube was excellent. I had a brake issue show up suddenly as we were driving cross country on I-70. I limped over to this facility on the advice of a Sheriff Deputy. Even though they would likely never see me again, the Jiffy Lube staff treated me like a regular customer. They listened carefully to all the symptoms I had observed and shared their thoughts on cause and remedies - their level of communication was great. They started work right up to closing and were willing to stay late but instead we decided to finish in the morning since there was a hotel in the same lot. Their brake man, Jack, even came in earlier than scheduled to finish the job for us. They also called to follow up after I had headed out to make sure the brake system was still functioning OK since there had been some quirky things going on with the sensors. Compliments to Jiffy Lube for opening this new location with seasoned pros from surrounding stores.
