Ann and her staff are absolutely fantastic! I won’t go anywhere else for service. She is also so kind and polite. Ann always goes out of her way to make sure everyone who comes in get the best treatment possible. Lyle the DM is also a great leader. He was helping out with car services and encouraging his staff.

Very quick no high pressure sales for filters ect. All were very nice and professional.

All 3 women who assisted me were amazing! Very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They were very patient while I contacted insc about a rock chip in my windshield. They provide the service that stops the chip from spreading and coordinate all through insc! Nice to support a business run by these ladies....they are so on top of it!!!

I always appreciate the employees at the Canon City Jiffy Lube. Always so quick and so kind. I wasn't particularly thrilled that they only carry penzoil products, as I try to stick to mobile 1 or Valvoline oil. Not sure if we can bring in our own oil but I will be checking on that! Great service great bunch of SMART ATTENTIVE employees. Thank you! And a special thanks to the lovely lady that manages the place. Shes always extra kind. ??

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Got us right in and out. It was kind of pricey, I thought., but I didn't think the management set the rates.

Legitimately some of the best customer service interaction I've experienced in any business. It's weird saying that over an oil change but it really was. Everyone was shockingly nice, helpful, informative, polite, you name it. I find Jiffy Lube process to be on the high side but given this experience I'll be returning - they earned it.

Great service, a little more pricy than my normal shop. Shop was clean,and the attendants were friendly ,fast and professional.

I had no clue that another shop rounded out my drain plug, the tech that was in the lower bay was able to get the drain plug out and replaced it and the gasket with a brand new one, I will never let the other shop do my oil again, I prefer to go to these types of oil change places because its more convenient and the staff is always more friendly.

Took great care

Great service and advice from the technicians. They discovered several fluid services that I thought were up-to-date but actually had been overdue for a long time. The below list does not include all that was performed. Changed differential fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid, transmission fluid, checked air filter plus engine oil change. All was completed within an hour.

Rather disappointed that there was no vacuuming or windshield work. Jiffy Lube in Pennsylvania always did this sort of thing and at a much lower price too.

Amazing experience! Super fast service, just needed an oil change but they did that and topped off all fluids plus filled tires in less than 30 minutes. Would recommend!

I love the staff at Cañon City CO, and appreciate seeing the same general manager year after year. This store serviced my previous SUV with 317,000 miles plus and she still is running. The professional service with great recommendations and reviews of my vehicles keeps me coming back. Great job!
