Fast, friendly and affordable.

Had an issue with the price but they stepped in and made it right. Really appreciate businesses doing business right.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Professional and fast.

The guys were very helpful and kind. They didn't pressure me into getting anything done. They mentioned a few things that needed attention, but when I told them no, they said, "Okay, no problem." I was able to stay in my car while they completed the oil change and tire rotation. I'll definitely be going there from now on.

Great service and quick. They walk you through the inspection process to show that they didn't do anything boneheaded like leave off a cap or forget to tighten up something. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing.

Didn’t feel pressured to add more than necessary to my purchase(even with things I ended up adding), which compared to some other experiences I’ve had at other places I really appreciate.

The people at the Jiffy Lube in Castle Rock, Colorado are fantastic! I had just moved into town and my service engine light came on as I was just an hour outside of town. They took great care of me, checking for codes, doing an oil change, and an overall inspection. Very polite, friendly, and thorough with their analysis and recommendations. Best experience I've had at an oil change place in 30 plus years!

Friendly staff and they are obviously trained well and run a tight ship. Very organized and detailed. Felt well taken care of by staff that take pride in doing a good job. I was feel pressured into any additional services or accessories that were not required. Conor is exceptional.

I'm an old cowboy of 78 years old living in Castle Rock going on 4 years, and since all that time, I have always taken my old 99 pickup with now 309, 610 miles to the awesome people who take care of my vehicle needs. I want to first thank Jesse, whom I've know for many years, whom I trust completely, because he makes sure I get am A+ service in my old pickup. Today for the first time, I met Cademon, who first greeted me, and made sure I was totally satisfied with the work he did, which I was. These two fine gentlemen deserve a raise in my book, as they represent you well.
