Great service and fun, friendly team

After several years, I recently returned to Jiffy Lube. My previous visit was, to put it mildly, not a pleasant one. On that occasion, I visited the Powers location for a transmission fluid change and also required a synthetic oil change. Unfortunately, that particular location was unable to assist me due to my vehicle's shaker hood. This requires the removal of four #10 bolts to access the oil cap. They informed me they could not perform this task and even added a note to my file, visible to all locations, indicating their inability to perform the oil change. Moving forward to a week ago, I personally removed the shaker hood and decided to visit this location. I was very pleasantly surprised to encounter the District Manager, who promptly attended to me and my vehicle. I discussed my previous concerns with him, and he assured me that such an issue would not recur, and that they are indeed capable of removing the shaker hood without difficulty. The staff were exceedingly courteous and respectful of both my vehicle and my time. They appeared to take exceptional care to prevent any damage to the vehicle and ensured the service was performed correctly on the first attempt. My car continues to operate perfectly; it did not experience any issues. Therefore, if you have any reservations about Jiffy Lube, I encourage you to consider giving them another opportunity; they have implemented improvements.

The best customer service I've ever gotten from a Jiffy Lube. Anthony, Hunter and Joseph are as professional as it gets. I'll definitely be going to that location more often. I suggest other people do too!

Very friendly. Loudest crew i have ever heard, in a great way...yelling about completions about hazards "customer in the bay". Was a great experience both customer service wise and they informed me about some repairs that need to be done soon.

Had a great and fast experience! I was helped immediately and the oil change only took about 15 minutes. Kirk, Tony, Austin and Jonah were helpful and we all had a few good laughs. Thanks guys!

Service was exceptional. There's really nowhere else you can go in and get an oil change top off on fluids, plus the little extras, in about 15 minutes. I was able to get right in and right out. I will be back to this location again. All the staff was super friendly and professional. Thank you

I absolutely love this Jiffy Lube! The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and truly makes you feel like family. What I appreciate most is their honesty you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Joey is hands down the best! He's the only employee I trust with my vehicle because he always does the job right and takes the time to make sure everything is done properly. Risa is also amazing and always greets you with such kindness that you instantly feel welcome. If you're looking for honest, reliable service with a team that treats you like family, I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. Joey is definitely my go to every time!

I recently had my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ Z71 done and experienced the most "Awsome!" service I have ever recieved from Jiffy Lube! Resa, the general manager there was very instrumental in taking care of everything I needed for my vehicle including replacing my windshield wipers and checking all of the other safety items, lights brakes ect.. The Techs Eric and Nina were very proffessional and efficient in getting my truck done in the time that was promised, in fact I was actually done sooner than expected. Joey, the customer service adviser also went over everything with me and left me with great insight for future care of my vehicle! I cant think of a better experience of getting my vehicle serviced from Jiffy Lube! Great Job guys!

I always get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube on Austin Bluffs in Colorado Springs. They are so friendly, explain all that they are doing and check all fluids, tires, and filters. They even washed my windshield, when was the last time someone washed your windshield? I feel very confident with their knowledge and ability to keep me safe on the road. Joey was amazing, he likes his job, he likes people. Jiffy Lube is very fortunate to have him as he does a wonderful job representing their business. I have no reason to go to another place when my car needs service. Many Thanks
