Apparently when I got my oil change at WALMART they messed up the threads on my pan. So I couldn't get what an oil change like I wanted. But they were very patient and nice.

The GM and Devin did a remarkable job.

They are amazing. Went to do a transmission fluid exchange was able to Diagnose other issues wrong with the car gave me an estimate same day and they was able to do everything on the estimate. Same day reasonable price just overall amazing experience definitely somewhere I would go again especially if you’re on a budget.

? 1/5 I came to this Jiffy Lube on Academy at approximately 7:30 a.m. for an oil change and did not leave until around 9:30 a.m. The employees were friendly and courteous, which I appreciated, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of my experience. I ended up paying **$240.85 after a military discount** for a full-synthetic oil change, filter, and a fuel-cleaner service. I was shocked when I saw the final cost. I normally take my vehicle to Walmart, where I have paid around $60 for a full-synthetic oil change that also includes the filter. I understand that prices vary between businesses and that additional services increase the total, but more than $240 for what I received felt excessive. The two-hour wait was equally frustrating. Part of the delay was apparently because the correct filter was not delivered initially. I understand that mistakes and supply issues happen, but as the customer, I still spent roughly two hours waiting for a routine service. I am active-duty military and don't have hundreds of dollars of expendable income to spend on routine vehicle maintenance. Even with the military discount, I walked away feeling that the price was nowhere near the value of the service I received. The staff was friendly, and I have no complaint about how I was personally treated. My complaint is specifically about the **price, the length of the service, and the overall value**. Based on this experience, I would not return. I strongly recommend asking for a complete, itemized price for every service before authorizing any work so you know exactly what the final bill will be.
