I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for years, mostly at a location in Owasso, Oklahoma, and I’ve always had great experiences there. That location really set the bar high with how nice and spacious it is, plus the little extras like free snacks, drinks, and car fresheners. The customer service there has always been phenomenal. Since recently moving to Colorado, I visited a Jiffy Lube here for the first time and I was honestly impressed. This location doesn’t have the same snacks or fresheners like the one back in Owasso, just water and coffee, but they absolutely make up for that with their service. Even though there was a line and I needed a few things done, the team handled everything really well. I had an oil change, headlight cleaning, and a serpentine belt replaced. They worked efficiently and still took the time to do everything right. It never felt rushed or careless, which I really appreciate when it comes to the maintenance of my car. What really stood out was the customer service. Yasmine was especially great. She made the whole experience feel personal instead of just another stop in a busy day. Her coworkers Demar, Jayce, and Jon were also very professional and friendly. The whole team worked together smoothly and it showed. Overall it was a great experience. Quick, professional, and genuinely friendly service. Definitely a location I’ll be coming back to.

I am extremely satisfied with the work done. I got and oil change and new spark plugs. Yazmine was absolutely amazing… She helped me out so much. I told her what my price range was and she got it way below what I was able to pay… I highly recommend going there… Thank you Yazmine!!!

Super fast, thorough, and communicative! Not only with me as a customer but within the 3 person team working! They seem to work flawlessly together. Also felt they were very honest in saying what was and wasn't an issue during the inspection. Never felt like they were just trying to get me to spend money on unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend this jiffy lube!

It was a pleasure... your mechanics were awesome so nice and knowledgeable about the things.... yes only reason I didn't giv a 5.. is well I normally won't give over 4... unless it was absolutely flawless and on perfect point.. yall were on point and great .. but the wait was a Lil longer than I expected.. now I had folks ahead of me so I did understand.. one more item you may wanna fix.. your thing says 20$ for inspection.. yet it cost 40$... you just may wanna change it But anyway.. I was very satisfied with the service
