Very friendly service. had a great experience with everyone I interacted with.

It took a little longer than expected but it was on me because of a DYI on the skid plate. They took care of the problem. Thank-you Michael for doing that. Great friendly service as always.

They did a great job on my oil change and were very informative and kind!

With a ton of issues residing and other nuisances I've been dealing with over the course of a few months, I finally made the trip back to this Jiffy Lube. I had a previous experience where I had paid for a brake fluid exchange and brake replacement that was NOT properly taken care of that I had explained to Will and Frankie. They handled it super professionally. I cannot emphasize enough about how common it is in the auto world to be put down over previous experiences, but with warranty in mind, these fellas and their crew tonight were able to handle my brake issues, oil change, and so on with no nuance! These guys are well worth the trip and made my car run better than ever before. Saved me a lot of money as well! Definitely can attest for their short-staffing not causing any delays somehow and managed to get everything back to running smoothly as requested! Thanks so much again guys, I don't really write many reviews, but you guys are well worth this one!

Consistently good work across time It's extremely easy to have a bad experience and then permanently write off a business. Every time I come in I see people who had a long day, some people at their wits in, and some pushing through. The latest team is finding a way to get work done in spite of difficulties is great to see. Eden with customers who are only half paying attention whose minds are somewhere else or in a rush to leave, the workers here are still putting a positive effort to be good hosts and be considerate when assessing costs. I'm not sure if it's the management or the culture, either way well done

I had 5 star service yesterday when I stopped in for my oil change. Everyone I spoke to was very polite, informative and didn't seem pushy on anything.Even when they were upselling, services or products to me. I greatly appreciate the manager, Mike, the young lady that took my payment, and the young man that first approached me.When I got there for my oil change. I think they all did a great job. And they should all be recognized for their 10 star service.

The best service I have ever had getting an oil change. I visited the location on North Powers in Colorado springs CO near King Soopers off of Stetson. Logan checked me in and Mike was very thorough on my services that I was receiving. Another man updated me on the entire process. They mentioned that they had a coupon available for the oil change. I was informed of everything beforehand. I was completely comfortable and had no surprises. Definitely sharing my experience with others. I'm very impressed with the entire process. Thank you!!

Every time I come here the price is always different! I just want the damn oil changed; I don't need everything else done!!! After posting this; I was called by the manager, they apologized & are willing to correct this. At least they are willing to make it right.

Izaiah Drew and Frankie were professional and friendly and the service was done fast and they topped my fluids check other things explained to me the difference between the type of oil change I needed and the details involving different types of cars, years etc and let me decide and using my coupon was easy too. Great crew this place have it all. Thank you n- I will come back to rotate my tires. Also they have a raffle going on - fingers crossed

Izaiah Frankie Andrew from Jiff Lub oil change Lub oil change is 5 mins from my office and I went there on my lunch break they were amazing professional friendly and even gave me an extra discount on my coupon - also they offered the tire rotation but I will Come back next week and they were ok - not pushy at all - they explained all the fees and gave me options and was fast throughout professional and friendly - I recommend ! Great place ! Very satisfied !

Quick easy no appointment needed service and a free coupon. No windows washer fluid however the service was still worth the visit and business i will return to that service provider for several maintenance needs.
