Expensive, but what isn't these days. Overall good service nice employees, I sat in the truck while they upsold me lol.

Above and beyond! Chris and the team really stepped up to help me this week after an unexpected discovery during routine oil change. Had to get my car towed to the dealer but was unable to wait around due to some pressing business appointments, and they managed the handoff for me. Truly deeply grateful!!!

I was having trouble with my 2008 Scion xb, she was puttering with power loss. I called around to a few places that wanted to change $200+ just for a diagnostics test. I call jiffy line and Zack tells me they’ll do it for free! I head to their shop and I’m in and out in less than an hour with no appointment, full diognostic and the cost others wanted just for diagnostics I got the full issue resolved with at jiffy lube! Everyone that helped me was awesome! Thanks so much guys for making a potentially bad morning a great one!

The workers are always so friendly and having a good time! I feel like they don’t oversell services that you don’t need which I appreciate a lot.

Always good service and a very nice team! I’ve always trusted my two cars with Jiffy Lube, and this Briargate location definitely takes the top spot for me! I came in to have my rear brake lights replaced, and the team also noticed that one of my fog lights needed to be replaced. There was a little unexpected situation with the fog light, but Chris and Nicholas were both very understanding and took the time to work with me and make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate their kindness and willingness to help! Thank you for the great service! I’ll definitely continue coming back to this location!

Great service got me right in and was professional

Service wad great. No excessive upsells. In and out quickly. They always review their work with you by popping the hood and showing the fluid caps and oil level and quality. Only minor issue was they didn’t remove my old oil change reminder sticker on the windshield and placed the new one next to it. That’s an easy fix.

Techs were friendly, and fast. Even enlightened me to their free rock chip repair with full coverage insurance.

Mike, Frank, and Zion were extremely personable and helpful! They answered all my questions and the service was quick and efficient. The last oil change was done by myself and I had accidentally left the old gasket on, which led to some leaks. Mike went out of his way to show and teach me at my request, which I really appreciate. Their professionalism reassured me that my car was in reliable hands. I had such a pleasant time and can see why they are highly rated. I would come back here again for their service! (8 Sep 2026)

Mike and Nelson were amazing! Great customer service. Everyone was friendly and professional. I didn't feel pressured to buy additional services. They saw that I needed my rear differential fluid replaced and even showed me a sample of what it was supposed to look like before I made my decision. Would ?? go back.

Chris was so helpful to us and we had a fantastic experience! I asked if they would be able to squeeze us in before I had to head to the airport and he went out of his way to move as quickly as possible. I was out of there with new oil in less than 15 minutes!
