I got an oil change today and the staff was friendly, helpful, and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend the JL by Chapel Hills Mall!

The guys were very professional. They suggested A LOT of services, and at 91,000 miles, my car most likely needed them, but it's hard to know for sure. They checked the universal car reporting system to see when these things had been done. Everyone was super friendly, and they seem to know their stuff. I was there for one hour, which is pretty good considering all they did. It was disappointing that my online appointment scheduling didn't seem to work. They had no record that I was coming even though I showed them emails documenting the time and their location.

Went in for an oil change. The team did all the usual inspections and found my rear differential fluid needed immediate attention. After their advice and recommendation I returned the next day to have it serviced. I appreciate their kind and knowledgeable approach and professionalism. Stayed in my car for both services that took under 15mns to complete. Thank you all so much!

Combined review for two services about 3 weeks apart. Oil filter change went quickly and smoothly. Happy with the price. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They even took a look at a light issue I was having. It’s not something they can fix there, but they told me exactly what the issue was and it’s something I can take care of on my own. A/C recharge was also great! 7 years ago I had the engine swapped on my old 2001 Eclipse and never redid the A/C. This year has been crazy hot, so I popped on down today and they were able to take care of me. I was in and out within a reasonable time and everyone was just as kind and personable as the first visit. Big thanks to Nick and the crew for all their help. Visit this location if you want helpful, friendly, and fast service from a very competent crew that gets the job done right!

So I gave my Cadillac to my daughter. And today she took her to you guys for the first time. Y'all are awesome. She was very unsure of what you're supposed to do and you took care of her on every aspect and save her some money in the process. I have always been and will forever be a jiffy lube loyal! Had a great experience, and am super appreciative of the free inspection, as they noted some issues that could potentially be catastrophic, before driving back to Texas.

It was great! They didn’t try to take advantage of a girl who has no idea about cars. They explained everything they did. I think they forgot to fill up my windshield washer fluid, but that’s no biggie. They were all very friendly Overall great experience!

These guys are awesome. Seem honest. Quick service. But $130 for a 6qt synthetic oil change is too much. They do include a basic inspection.

What’s different about these guys? First time at a jiffy lube, and I didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything. No hard upsells, just a quick in and out service and a free inspection to let me know what to do next.

Excellent service. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The crew were very professional and updated me throughout the service so I could accept or decline additional services or just be aware of things that may need to be done soon. They were upfront on pricing and valued my time. Definitely will be going again when I need to.
