Very polite, got me in and out

I stopped to get windshield rock chip damaged, but got a timely tire rotation and oil change at the same time. It was just by chance that I needed them, but I was glad they could do it.

Great customer service! They fixed by license plate lights that were not attached no charge. They also fixed 2 rock chips in my windshield.

The crew was so helpful and kind. Mice had been getting into my car and nesting on top of the engine. They installed a strobe light under my hood, plus ran diagnostic codes to check for anything that looked off. I really appreciated the fast and friendly service!

Great customer service

Wasn’t impressed with the price ($170 for a syn oil change). But, the staff turned it around. Jenn was very helpful and kind. She talked about all of the issues they found and weren’t pushy when I refused some services. To be honest, the price wasn’t great, but there are coupons online, and the service more than makes up for it. Well done!

Thoroughly diagnosed aspects related to timeline of an older vehicle and education on Ph/acidification was contrite and easily understood.

After sitting at Walmart for 20 minutes being ignored I decided to drive over here. Thank goodness I did. It's a little bit more expensive but that's okay. I'll pay for customer service. They also fixed the windshield chip for $10 rotated My tires, gave me an oil change and did everything for like a hundred and something!! This is my new car place.

Wait was a bit long. Once in and decision was made as to what more than an oil change was needed all was good. Staff were very pleasant.

It was good. I was helped immediately when I pulled up & then probably waited for five minutes before they took my vehicle in. There were cars in both garages. The service itself wasn't too long and I was out the door. Pretty awesome for not making an appointment :)

When traveling west from the Rockies and needing an oil change, this Jiffy Lube is oasis. Excellent service even on a Saturday morning when you can expect it to be busy. Clear communication and really great staff.
