Everything was amazing today when I called Jeremywas so polite on the phone. I was able to ask him a bunch of questions and he answered them thoroughly and then also When I pulled up JD Was right on it just very polite very respectful. Just great service today all the way around.

I can’t say enough great things about this JL location. All of the employees are incredibly friendly, fast, and super efficient. I’ve been coming here for a couple years and have never thought about going anywhere else.

I had THE best experience ever at the Jiffy Lube on Leetsdale! All of the team members were kind, knowledgeable, helpful and personable. My oil change was quick and we were in and out in less than 20min. Greatly appreciated everything! Go check them out! Also, Jiffy Lube offers great discounts and typically have coupons for $ off your service

Tyler was the highlight of my day! That was by far the most pleasant oil change experience I’ve ever had. I pulled up 45 mins before close with 2 cars ahead of me and asked Tyler if it was too late and he was so accommodating. He was so incredibly kind and went the extra mile at every step. Seriously brightened my day. Thanks!

Love the time saving of coming in here for a quick oil change. Staff is friendly and gets things done timely, and have additional recommendations based on my car. The SMS marketing is smart, and keeps me on task and coming back, as there is often a coupon for the next service, great retention tool. This would be 5 stars, however, they never have synthetic blend, as in never ever. They shouldn't even offer it or pretend to offer it, then have to say that they're out of it. Lastly, they recommended a rear differential change on my Honda 2WD, a service that cannot be rendered because I have a 2 wheel drive car. Not sure what would have happened if I didn't question them on the recommendation. Bonus tip if you've read this far: get the pre-paid Jiffy Lube cards from Costco (thank me later).

Outstanding service from Alonzo, Gavin, Liam, and Sisco! They completed my service efficiently while taking the time to explain my vehicle’s maintenance and answer my questions. Their professionalism and customer care were exceptional. I’ll definitely be returning to have my brakes done. Highly recommend!
