Aaron, Zach and the Rest of the Guys did an Amazing Job. They were quick efficient and knowledgeable about my car as well as others like Tesla, Chevy Suburbans, Honda etc. They are worth 10 Stars or 2 times 5 stars in my book. I won't take my car anywhere else. They topped off the fluids and did a thorough inspection. A+ Service and Highly Recommended

I received excellent service and really good recommendation for my car to keep it in good shape. The techs voiced their concerns on what they saw as potential problems areas to address and gave the option to fix it immediately or go back when it would be more convenient for me. I never once felt pressured to get anything extra either

Today I visited the Jiffyube location on Tower- the gentlemen that assisted me was so amazing! (Forgot his name that quick ???????)! But he was awesome- he worked on my Lexus LS 300- and was very through in explaining the entire process from start to finish—- honestly the whole team was fantastic! If this is the norm, I’ll definitely be taking my car here every time as i have a huge appreciation for top tier customer service!

Aaron and the rest of the team were exceptionally skilled. My car is a sensitive/ touchy type, but Aaron worked on it and gave me reassurance to get on the road again. I can’t thank him enough for taking care of my care so fast, and last min without an appt. and being so detailed with it.

I’ve been to a lot of shops Valvoline, Grease Monkey, and other places but nothing compares to Jiffy Lube Multicare. These guys are on another level. Real certified mechanics that actually care about your vehicle and don’t try to rip you off. They work with you on pricing, explain everything clearly, and get the job done right the first time. You can tell the difference the second you pull in. Professional, respectful, fast, and honest. My vehicle runs smoother every time I leave there. A lot of shops just want your money Jiffy Lube Multicare actually takes care of people. Hands down the best service shop around. If you want quality work, fair prices, and mechanics that know what they’re doing, skip the other spots and come here.

The facility was clean. The oil change was quick and efficient. The staff was great. But getting charged $143.00 for an oil change was insane. Was NOT pleased with that. The price was adjusted eventually.

Went for vehicle inspection and was in and out within 15 minutes. The staff was friends and professional!

took my company service van from Servitech into Jiffy Lube for an oil change, a new air filter, and a tire rotation. The customer service was absolutely outstanding and they did an excellent job. The mechanic even took the time to show me exactly what was completed and confirmed everything was done properly. Very professional experience overall, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service and I really appreciated the attention to detail.

I arrived at this facility and they acknowledged and handled my oil change as well as some additional work quickly and efficiently. They were very courteous and respectful. I will use their services in the future.
