Experience was great and the staff was very kind and helpful, oil change was super fast and it’s been the best experience I’ve had getting my car serviced. I’d highly recommend to anyone in the area. Most polite staff I’ve met at a car repair shop.

I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube. Cy and the entire team were absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress free for me. Cy really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I understood what was going on with my car. It’s rare to find customer service this good, and I’m truly thankful for the help I received. I highly recommend this location and really appreciate Cy and the whole staff for their kindness and professionalism.

Needed oil change & tire rotation before leaving town & had a time. Jiffy Lube got me on & out & were extremely courteous, in addition to being affordable with $30 coupon.

My experience here was over the moon! They worked with what I needed done and had amazing customer service. Kevin was the one to work on my vehicle he was very welcoming, attentive and over all great customer service. I was in the Durango store today. A young man named Q helped me. He is so knowledgeable and kind I believe that he is a manager. A lot of people could learn customer service skills from this young man.

Quentin provided exceptional customer service. He answered all of my questions, and when they found evidence that a mouse was nesting in my engine and air filter, they provided great recommendations on how to resolve the problem. The service provided was fast and seamless. Their lobby was very clean and popcorn and drinks were complementary, which I felt was a nice touch to my overall experience. I’d recommend Jiffy Lube’s services to anyone who is looking for professional, attentive, and fast service for all their mechanical needs.

I took my car in for an oil change today and they were awesome. Quentin "Q" was so helpful and polite and they did the oil change reset the car reminders and rotated the tires. Great service place.

This was the best Jiffy Lube experience I’ve ever had. Kevin took excellent care of me and clearly explained what my car needs now, what it may need soon, and what could wait—without any pressure to move forward with unnecessary services. He helped me prioritize the recommendations based on my car and my situation, wrote down pricing for work I wasn’t ready to proceed with yet, and made sure I felt prepared for my next visit. He was patient, knowledgeable, and encouraged questions throughout the entire process. Zeke was also outstanding. I initially thought I needed a $250 motor for my windshield wiper, but he quickly identified that it was simply missing a screw and fixed it on the spot. That level of honesty and attention to detail made a huge difference. I truly appreciate the transparency, education, and customer care from both Kevin and Zeke. Highly recommend this location.

What a wonderful team you have. I was greeted by John he's a new employee. He was a very very informative he shared so much with me about all the things that I needed. Your whole staff was incredibly nice and perspective of my needs. I got what I needed my oil change was going to go to another company that was going to charge me $150. I couldn't believe it so I called and I spoke with one of the employees and they told me to come right down and I was helped immediately. I'm from Denver so this is not my territory but I'll tell you what if I ever encounter anybody that asked me about where to go in Durango for an oil change I'm going to refer jiffy lube. Ryan is an amazing person. We were on our way to the airport and sadly we hit a deer, he was very nice enough to take me and my friend to the airport and back to my car. He was late to work and still helped me. this man deserves an award for his kindness.

Very fast and courtious. Went in for windshield chip repair. They fixed it right then and I can hardly even tell. Reasonable price as well.
