Daniel was really great and saved me a bunch of money going somewhere else as he was able to locate the leak of my rear differential fluid and fix it easily!! Thanks daniel!

Came in for an oil change and new brake pads. They were able to accommodate me and I was in and out of there within an hour and a half.

Omgosh! This crew that helped me where amazing. I was so stressed that something was seriously wrong with my car ( need some maintenance, yes) but took care of me right away, let me know everything they were doing. Just knowledgeable & caring! This crew has a customer for life. I will drive the 1 hrs it takes to get to them. Even the manager came up & introduced herself and referring me out for some transmission work. Great people!

I always have a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Evergreen. Everyone is so nice and they get me in and out in record speed!

They were friendly and brought me back to show me my things on my car. I felt like they were honest and cared about me and my car. The oil change was so fast and the work on my coolant was relatively fast too. They all liked my dog too.

I’m towing a travel trailer with a pickup on a very long cross country road trip and was time for oil changed & brakes checked. I was impressed with Evergreen’s customer service, honesty. Brakes were ok for now, but they identified a burning smell, that I forgot to tell them, as my power steering fluid. My home service garage mentioned the power steering before I left so I felt confident they were on point and it was done same time as the oil was being changed. Thanks so much!

These folks were amazing. I found transmission fluid all over the undercarriage of my Jeep. I pulled in to have the levels checked and top off if needed. They checked everything for me, and really helped assure me that my day of off-roading was still a go. The price was fantastic, the employees were up beat and knew their stuff. This is my new oil change spot, couldn’t ask for better.

Kayla was super. Pleasant and got my battery changed in 10 minutes??! Told her I was in a hurry and she said she would have it done in 10-15m.

GENERAL MANAGER, KAYLA, PERSONALLY CALLED AND RECTIFIED THIS SITUATION. SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND FAIR. I AM IMPRESSED WITH HER APPROACH AND GENUINE CONCERN TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. Reason for changing this review to one star: AFTER REVIEWING THE LARGE BILL AND ITEMIZED RECEIPT, THIS JIFFY LUBE SOLD MY WIFE ON OVER $300 IN UNNECESSARY SERVICE ITEMS. THEY CHANGED THE DIFFERENTIAL FLUID, BRAKE FLUID, AND ADDED “COOLING CONDITIONER” TO HER 2024 VEHICLE THAT ONLY HAS 14k MILES ON IT. THESE SERVICES SHOULD NOT EVEN BE CONSIDERED AT THIS MILEAGE, GIVEN THAT THE VEHICLE IS ONLY DRIVEN TO AND FROM WORK. The team at this Jiffy Lube run an impressive shop. They work incredibly well together, never missing a beat, and double checking each other’s work. My 9 year old son and I stayed in the vehicle for our service and the employees interacted with us, explaining each step in a fun, positive manner. The team we had was Kayla, Service Manager (runs a fantastic operation there), Daniel (knowledgeable and made sure we understood our options clearly, but did not push anything on us), and Jones (her energy was contagious! She works at a fast pace and keeps everyone on task around her. I would hire her in a second!) Kuddos to the whole team here.

I would like to say how impressive your teams are throughout Colorado. This weekend I experienced the best customer service one could ever expect at two of your locations. The first, at your location in Englewood, where I pulled into the location at 10 minutes to close. Three of the employees jumped to help me resolve my issue without hesitation on a Saturday night at closing. The next day I went to the Evergreen location where Kayla and her team went above an beyond to assess the issue further, explaining to me the process of testing for a radiator leak and educated me on the seriousness of the issue. I am so grateful for everyone's knowledge and professionalism. High praise to your incredible staff! I will always come back to Jiffy Lube for my service needs.
