Dang what a difference the new management has made. So efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back!

I came in with my husband today and I just want to say this new crew is beyond words! We first had the pleasure to meet Kayla the new GM and she was so nice and accommodating she even brought us a water and our daughter a Gatorade. Then we spoke with Daniel who took the time to explain everything about our car. The energy here was amazing and the whole crew had smiles on their faces. Even though they were busy I saw Kayla take the time to talk to each customer that walked into this shop. You feel like family when you come in here! Jiffy Lube you did something right putting Kayla up here!! We will be telling everyone we know! Thank you! I wish I caught the names of everyone but that whole crew is great!

Super helpful staff. Had issues with my tire and Daniel offered to put my spare on so I could safely drive to pick my daughter up from school. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

I went to the Evergreen Jiffy Lube location and Daniel was the first person to greet me and he was terrific. He was kind, patient and very detailed in explaining what my car needed. I thought he was great, very efficient and knowledgeable in what was going on with my car.

So went in for an oil change I believe his name was Daniel that checked me in , very helpful and professional. He did a full inspection on my truck , showed me the different oil in all my gear boxes , explained thoroughly how they work and when I should service them . This place is great I highly recommend it to everyone !!

I was on a massive 3K mile roadtrip with my Husky heading out to the MOAB desert and noticed my engine coolant was super low. Had a stopover in Colorado and attempted to refill the coolant myself, but had no clue what it was filled with before due to recently purchasing the JEEP. Best bet was to do a complete flush and refill and I hit Jiffy Lube asap the next morning. I want to express how awesome the service and staff/employees (2 lovely women and a guy) were at this place! They took time to discuss any issues, like rear differential fluid sludge and I got an estimate of the total cost that fit my traveling budget! Thank you all so much for the outstanding service! We got to MOAB went off-roading and ripped it up! Literally, busted my winch. Ha!

The new GM is fantastic. I came in for an oil change and they walked me through what the additional recommendations were and which they thought I should consider and which could definitely wait. They were quick and helpful. It feels like they really care about the customer!

This location always does a great job. They go above and beyond.

Not to sound biased but the two days I was there, the female managers were professional and went above and beyond while some of male colleagues, most notably the second visit, were very unprofessional and left one questioning if they would do a great job. One customer in waiting area expressed her concerns to me along these lines. The first visit, there was a female manager and she was very professional, courteous, etc. I cant say enough great things about her. In fact I was disappointed when I came back the second time and she wasnt there. However the second time I had the pleasure of meeting another female manager, I dont even know if she was the manager but she took over, found out a solution to a problem i waa having and went above and beyond to fix it. Thank you to both of them for doing a great job and taking care of customers!! Candace

All of the attendants were friendly and thorough. The did a great job. I had purchased a 2 oil change package and was surprised when there were additional charges added to the oil change. The workers were great! I think it’s deceptive of the corporation to add extra charges when I’d paid in advance.

Evergreen Jiffy Lube has been my choice for speedy, quality oil changes for the past few years. The entire team was super helpful today. And Daniel has some expert-level hand guiding motions—send that dude to Broadway because they need those Jazz Hands!!
