They were very good and did an excellent job. Asked if they would check my battery which they did and found out I didn't need a new one just yet that alone would make me want to come back to them for their service and honesty. Also had my oil changed there, and well come back the next time it needs to be done.

Awesome experience with the Jiffy Lube team of Jeremiah, Brittanie, Anabel & Thomas, not only were they quick and efficient, but they were kind enough to show me where/how to download a coupon that saved me money on the services I requested. The entire team also patiently explained recommended services (and the cost breakdown) that were due soon based on Subaru's guidance, but at a lower cost than the dealership...in this economy that's greatly appreciated! Suffice to say Jiffy Lube has just earned themselves a regular customer.

Staff was friendly if somewhat inexperienced. They had no record of the quote I was given over the phone and charged $50 more for my F450. That put it at the top of the range I typically pay for an oil change. Then they had to replace my oil drain plug without giving me a reason. But, they didn’t charge me for it. Finally, when they finished, the oil was only halfway to full. But they explained that it was in the safe zone and was therefore OK.

Very friendly staff. Only drawback is they have coffee creamer, sugar and even stir sticks but NO COFFEE, not even a coffee pot

This is the best place in Fountain CO to get an oil change. They have taken care of my 18 year old Honda for 5 years and the crew is exceptional: friendly, professional, always willing to help!! I LOVE them.

I went to get an oil change and came out with what I really needed for my car. The manager explained everything about the products and the whys. Gave ME the option to select what I wanted to choose. Very informative!! Loved it. Will be back again. Thank you Jiffy Lube!!!
