I wanna take the time to say thanks to everyone this morning at Jiffy lube. They were very helpful got off work and my car wasn’t starting, I tried to get it jumped but it still wasn’t working, one of the workers did me a big favor and I truly appreciate it. But anyways got the car pushed there from help of good people once I made it to them they got my car started and fixed up and no time and made it home safe. If you need your vehicle looked at take the time to stop by them.

Brandon has excellent customer service he always greets with a big smile and will do everything in his power to help the customer.

Went in for an Oil change 7/28. First off I want to say Brandon and his staff were pleasant and professional (mostly). I own a VW TDI and originally they claimed the plug was loose and unable to be removed. They asked who did my last oil change and I showed them it was the same location. Once some confusion cleared they got my plug out and replaced with a new one (free of charge). Once the completion of oil change was said to be done I asked the young lady if the pit tech changed the filter. She was very unsure but I knew it hadn't been changed. Top side on a TDI motor under the engine cover. I explained to Brandon the issue I watched with his staff and the fact they tried to send me out the door at 130 dollars with 5k miles on a dirty filter. Brandon again addressed his staff and made sure everything was properly replaced. Once the filter was changed he told me the change was compensated. Which is fine and good practice, the lesson here for his staff and anyone reading is be kind if you are the customer but also be aware of your vehicle maintenance (I stay in the car for a reason). His staff probably needs a bit more training but that's ok. What's not ok is telling someone their car is completed when it's not. I give people grace and we need to be better as humans.

The team here is great! I frequent this location often for regular oil changes. I recently had my vehicle break down, called around for quotes, and ended up bringing it here because their availability worked for me and the quote was competitive. I am always impressed with this team, they are friendly and help me feel comfortable as a woman bringing my car in.

Dudes there were super chill and awesome. I was on my way back home to Texas and had to stop to get my wheels balanced. Dudes checked them out and noticed the tires were bad in the inside. Anyone else could have been like the balance is complete and send me on my way. Not here, they explained everything to me, didnt charge me and referred me to some place for new tires. I got my tires and made it home safe. These guys at JiffyLube saved me from what could have been a bad accident on the highway

Love coming here for my oil changes just for the convenience that I'm able to stay in my car! Today they went above and beyond by checking my cabin air filter that has never seen the light since I've had my car. It definitely put up a fight but they were determined to get to it without damaging my vehicle! They even cleaned my crusty windshield without me asking! This team was AMAZING, they were so quick, informative and gentle! Marshall, Brittanie, and Brenna definitely knew what they were doing and I hope they're there again when I'm back and may their pillows always be cold at night

The guys are great, friendly, my bill was expensive due to me not having my truck serviced for a long time, so I had them do everything, so falls on me the cost. They explained everything I had to be done and i was in full agreement. I see why they’re rated 4.6, they live up to it.

The entire crew was friendly and professional. We had all the sun's fluids changed for under $800.

Oil change it was great

I dont usually have to bring my vehicle to others to have work done, so I was hesitant to bring it here, but I am happy to have chose this location. I brought my Scion Tc here for a quick oil change and was greeted upon driving up to the building then guided into the work bay. Each employee did their part as they began working on my vehicle. One took down my information and ran prices by me as the others checked on basic maintenance. While I was offered multiple extra services outside of what I had planned to get done, they werent overly pushy about any of it. I did end up getting the headlights cleaned and they look phenomenal now. Really happy with the results. The staff here seems to work well with eachother atleast on a professional level. They were loud with clear communication as they worked around mine and another customers vehicle. A plus, is this is the only shop I have gone to that hasn't left a rag in mine or my husband's engine bay, So props to yall for actually cleaning behind you. Long story short the service I received here was phenomenal. They were quick and I saw nothing wrong with the vehicle after getting home and double checking it. No offense to yall, just bad experiences with other places so I always check. 10/10 for this location and I will be recommending it moving forward.
