Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 17221 S. GOLDEN ROAD, GOLDEN, CO, 80401-2636

Friendly staff and a fine experience! Will be coming back to this location.

Everyone I encountered was very professional. I was not pressured to buy anything I didn’t need and was in and out in fifteen minutes and they were busy, so don’t let a line deter you. Thank you Russell, Jason and Mia.

Courteous service and expedite. Highly recommended.

Came in for Lyft inspection and they did it quick, there was about 5 minutes wait, not badq

Quick fast, informative, and easy to work with!

Phenomenal customer service and very nice people

I had a great experience the other day getting my inspection done. Rance helped me and he was very helpful and I will definitely be back.

Got me in and out. Great price and staff is very nice.

I hate doing drive through oil changes but this time I was satisfied with their service while I watched the whole thing through their window.

They are big on trying to upsell

Russell and Clark at Jiffy Lube were incredibly kind and made my oil change such an easy, positive experience. They were both exceptionally professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated the level of care they provided.

Great service, customer service was great as well. I came here because I had bad experience at a local ram dealership for service department made an appointment showed up. They were extremely rude said the appointment I made was past there hours even though I called and scheduled and didn’t get what I needed done so I work near this. Jiffy Lube decided to try it out as I needed to get it done right away. They came out. They helped great customer service didn’t have to wait long at all. I will definitely be coming back here every single time I need an oil change or anything else done highly recommended.

Great customer service. I was really impressed, thank you Golden Jiffy Lube.

Russel and his team did an amazing job with my truck. The team very very fast and knowledgeable. I highly recommed this location!

Excellent service, very professional and kind here. Switched to try the service here and found the service expedient, reliable, and professional, as well as good cost savings vs. the car dealership.

The guys were great. Got me in and out in good time, and everything was done correctly. I've been frequenting this location for a while now, very happy with the service

Fast, friendly and fair. Hard to find that combination anymore

Great staff. Clean shop. The GM was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Super knowledgeable, kind, and quick ! Thanks!!

Great service and lovely team!

Cole was very helpful! Got an oil change & engine flush and he accurately told me what i needed to fix in my car. Im on a budget, and he clearly explained to me what needed to be done now, and what were things to remember to fix later. Didn’t feel upsold, but i knew what was the best course of action that i could afford today, thanks to Cole. Also bro had swag chains on, lookin fly. 11/10 employee.

Very courteous and knowledgeable young staff. They really made the service easy.

Very polite, professional and explained the process and what I might consider in the near future.

Always great and very quick

Excellent Service and very knowledgeable with my diesel truck. Topped off all my fluids for a trip home

These guys are the best! I had some issues going on and they made sure I left with a safe car. They were very considerate about time and kept me updated along the way. I highly recommend going here.

Honestly one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. Connor was super cool, very knowledgeable and helpful. I accidentally arrived just before they closed but they were understanding and kind. They got me in and out in 10min, weren’t pushy about getting extra services and I left knowing more about my car than when I went in. Will 100% be back!

Quick and great service.

Outstanding location, highly recommend this location for you oil service needs. The entire staff was very friendly and very professional!

Great friendly service and thorough.

My diesel truck needed an oil change. I walked in and out in less than 30 minutes. The cost was reasonable and I had a coupon. The young men who helped me were polite and professional. Couldn't ask for better!

Daniel, Clark and Colin took me in last minute and did an excellent job.

Nate and service team was great. Oil change was quick and thorough. Informed me of good services and recommended maintenance. I would recommend
