Been coming here for the last year and have always had exceptional service. Staff is always nice and they answer any questions I have regarding fluids, noises, quotes on different services, etc. My go-to shop. Love the service and friendly staff.

The art of customer service is alive and well at this location. Michael was extremely helpful and friendly from the moment that I pulled up, he escorted me to the waiting area, came in and let me know what was going on with my vehicle and any issues that they noticed outside of the oil change. I left with confidence knowing that Michael and the rest of the team working on my vehicle knew what they were doing and treated me and my vehicle like we were their only priority. This is the only place I will be going from now on.

Everyone at this location is always courteous and friendly.

People were friendly, knowledgeable but the price for an oil change has gotten ridiculous. I’ll have my son doing this from now on !

I cannot express my gratitude towards Dale enough. I came by just shortly before closing and his willingness to change out my battery despite the time was appreciated. He came out tools ready even though it was after closing.

I go to this particular Jiffy Lube for all my minor car needs and regular oil changes etc. Have been doing so for more than two years and have never been displeased with the results. They’re fast, attentive, professional, polite and—dare I say—cheerful. They often remember my car and me from months earlier, asking about specific issues or concerns they helped alleviate and whether or not everything is okay (it always is). I couldn’t say enough about this place. It’s like going to a friend’s garage or a family member who happens to be a mechanic. I one time suddenly had a serious issue with my car while driving (something with the wheel) and continued driving another 25 minutes or so (carefully, slowly) just to make sure I could get to this particular shop to have them be the ones to work on it. Even though they were in the midst of closing for the day, they still hopped right to the job, fixed me up, didn’t charge me at all (it was a quick, simple fix having to do with some loose something-or-other that I felt probably got messed up during an unfortunate mishap at a car wash earlier in the week) and sent me on my way with a smile. I highly recommend this location and wish more car places (and businesses in general) could be so exemplary.

My favorite Jiffy Lube in Noco! Everyone here is always friendly and helpful! They get you in and out in no time without skipping corners!

Brayden did a great job. I have a mustang me and my dad put back together. I had been concerned about the manual transmission fluid level. Don't have the time to get back underneath the car after rebuilding it to check myself. Bought the car in today just to get it drained and filled with some fresh fluid. He was able to pull it off like he was a pro.
