I don’t normally leave reviews, but this crew absolutely earned one. Will was the first person who caught our attention. He was outside waving an advertisement sign and waved us in with such a friendly attitude that we decided to stop. From the moment we pulled in, every person we interacted with was polite, kind, and confident. Payton walked us through the different inspections they performed to make sure everything on our vehicle was functioning properly. What I appreciated most was that he never made me feel pressured or intimidated into buying extra services. Because he took the time to explain everything without any pressure, I actually felt comfortable purchasing a new air filter. It felt like a decision that truly benefited my vehicle instead of something I’d regret after driving away. Cody took the time to explain the different oil options and patiently answered what probably sounded like silly questions. Not once did he make me feel embarrassed. He explained the “why” behind each option and how it would benefit my vehicle, all with a smile. That kind of patience goes a long way. I also really appreciated Payton’s professionalism when I declined the light bulb service. His demeanor never changed. He simply respected my decision and continued checking everything else just as thoroughly. That speaks volumes about the kind of customer service they provide. Cody worked quickly but never looked rushed. He moved efficiently around my vehicle while still being incredibly thorough. Watching him work honestly made me feel like my car was receiving genuine quality care instead of just a quick oil change. And I can’t say enough about Will. He took the time to explain that the previous crew who changed our oil may have poured it too quickly, which likely caused some overflow. I don’t know much about vehicles, so having someone patiently explain what happened in a way I could actually understand meant a lot. He never talked down to me. He simply took the time to teach me. The entire garage was spotless and looked incredibly professional. More importantly, these three genuinely seemed like they enjoy working together, and that positive attitude carried over into the way they treated customers. Jiffy Lube should be proud of this team. Will, Payton, and Cody provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. They were knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and genuinely kind. That’s a combination that’s hard to find, and it’s the reason we’ll definitely be coming back.

The Jiffy lube in Greeley has amazing staff and the manager of the store is very helpful and helped me to understand the procedure and ensure that I was well taken care of. He also walked me out to my vehicle to verify the oil level with me so I could see that it was full and clean. The staff is very friendly and all had smiles on their faces! I will go back to this store!

Fastest guys in the game. Every time I come in, they do an incredible job. Have great communication, exemplary teamwork and always leave me having a brighter day with their humor and kindness. Michael did a phenomenal job taking care of me and my car, he was funny and friendly and communicated the service process clearly so I could get the service done in a timely matter and be back on the road fast.

Been coming here for the last year and have always had exceptional service. Staff is always nice and they answer any questions I have regarding fluids, noises, quotes on different services, etc. My go-to shop. Love the service and friendly staff.

The art of customer service is alive and well at this location. Michael was extremely helpful and friendly from the moment that I pulled up, he escorted me to the waiting area, came in and let me know what was going on with my vehicle and any issues that they noticed outside of the oil change. I left with confidence knowing that Michael and the rest of the team working on my vehicle knew what they were doing and treated me and my vehicle like we were their only priority. This is the only place I will be going from now on.
