Absolutely fantastic service. Never had better I'd even say. My gal and I went for an oil change, and these fellas were exTREMEly service oriented and it felt like being royalty and without any patronizing, no pushing for uneeded services, and where they were needed, they were very good at showing what and why. Good professional salesman (I'm thinking they do probably get commission in some factor) and again, all without being pushy at all, done with a fantastic attitude and easily took no for an answer on suggested services where it felt appropriate for us to wait. I'd had a poor experience with Jiffy Lubes years and years ago, and picked this one because it was close to the card shop we were meeting someone at, and they blew me away. I hope yall's bosses appreciate the great and sincere effort all of the staff put in. Great people.

Today was the first time going to the Lakewood location and everything went well. The technician communicated clearly and frequently with updates, wasn’t pushy to upsell, and provided recommendations with pictures showing current condition, which helped me make the right decision. Service was fast and he applied a discount, which I hadn’t anticipated but greatly appreciate. I plan to return!

This location is always quick and knowledgeable, letting me know about things that my car may need done but never feel pressured or upsold. They are also flexible when emailed corporate coupons don’t work and do what they can to find another comprable deal.

Excellent customer service. Shane was at my car within seconds of pulling into shop. Got me out of the sun to get my info. Service was explained by Katelyn prior to be done. The team worked well together. Shane, Katelyn and everyone else were friendly. I do recommend.

These guys were great. Had brake, coolant, transmission fluids, and oil changed and they were fast, informative, and friendly. Shane and Chris both did a great job and were good to work with.
