Everything was quick and Skylar was great

Shane, the Assistant Manager, was great. He had some recommendations and was able to explain them without it feeling like I was being pushed to buy anything. The technicians worked quickly and efficiently.

Service was fine. The pricing for the filters is ridiculous. $57 for a cabin filter? I just went and bought one from the auto store for $20 b and installed it myself.

Kaytlyn is amazing every time I come here. She so knowledgeable and takes the time to fully explain anything going on with my car, and different options I can do to fix it here with her. Ive learned so much about my car from coming to this shop. Ive had my car for a little over u years and no other shop shows me what they are talking about and tells me time limits and options. They just say you have to fix this and i never know if its true or not so I have to have a mechanic friend verify im not being ripped off. She's one of the only reasons I come back because I know she's going to take the time to teach me about the problem and help me learn how to not have issues and when I can expect to have to have to replace something again. One time I came here very upset about something with my car and she was the only that could talk to me in a way I didnt find offensive and get me to calm down about the issue I had. Her customer service skills are better than mine and I've been doing customer service management roles for over 20 years! She's deserve a raise because she knows so much about cars from the tires, lights, batteries, engines, oil, differential fluid. Transmission fluid, filters, literally head to toe everything on a vehicle. She gives expert advice on how to maintain and prevent issues and how easily she can handle upset customers. Give her a raise or employee of the month! Love her and drive down from aurora just to have her work on my car!

Quick and efficient

Very good service from the technicians Shane and Houston they were very quick too for the oil change transmission fluid flush and my cabin filter replacement and for a reasonable price

He was absolutely amazing and is very open and honest about what needs to be changed and what could be done after a few thousand miles or whenever it’s actually necessary, Pretty reasonable prices along with nice indoor seating when you wait all around, I would recommend to anyone !!
