Eli helped me out with some crucial customer service this afternoon. Randall fixed up my car's O2 sensors and got us back on the road right away. Reminded me why I choose to come back to this location.

I had a great experience getting an oil change at Jiffy Lube this morning. Zero wait time, friendly and professional guys on staff and they seemed to have done a thorough job with no pressure for add on services. Highly recommend.

It’s tough to hand over the control to unknown s when you usually do all your own wrenching. But with tools in another state I’ve had to hand over the keys a couple times to the crew at Bellview and Santa Fe. The ram is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Highly recommend

The whole staff that was there during my oil change was extremely kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Showing us under the hood after completing the work, all the fluid ports, caps on tight and very professional. My Jeep will only go to Jiffy Lube, they truly are amazing, wonderful people.

I've trusted Jiffy Lube with my oil changes for quite some time, and they've always treated me well. Recently, I experienced a sudden brake issue that left me frightened and though I had used a local repair shop in the past I remembered that Jiffy Lube had a mechanic. Randall took the time to inspect my car, clearly explained the safety concern, and treated me with genuine kindness and compassion during a very stressful situation. Their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond to help a longtime customer meant more to me than they probably realize. They earned my trust, and I'll continue recommending them to friends and family. Thank you to Randall, Doc, and everyone on the team for reminding me that exceptional customer service still exists.
