Doc and his team were so helpful!

I just got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube and I am very pleased! Michael and the team are so friendly and knowledgeable. They informed me of my vehicle’s current status, made suggestions for additional services (without being pushy), and had me in and out of there in under 30 minutes. I’ll definitely be back to this Jiffy Lube for my next oil change!

I Want to give a shout out to Ryan, Doc and Kyle for the excellent service they performed on my vehicle .These guys are all great, very professional and personable, and they all have a great sense of humor which made me smile several times while my car was being serviced. They work well as a team and don't make you feel rushed likeyoujustpulledinto a Nascar Pitstop .I particularly appreciate that they took the time to show me my rotors are starting to show signs that my brakes are going out. I didn't realize they offer a variety of other services other than just an oil change. I will be returning to this location in a few days to have my brakes replaced and tires rotated. Thanks guys for the great service you gave me. I will definitely be coming back for a variety of the services you offer.

Been here a few times now with 3 different vehicles and they’ve always been quick and honest. You hate to go in for an oil change to then realize you need a couple hundred extra dollars for problems you weren’t expecting. Every time however, they’ve shown me proof of the issue and gave me transparent explanations on whether this was something that needed to happen immediately or down the road. All you can ask for is good communication and justification. I’ve received both consistently. Will continue to go back.

Doc was absolutely amazing! He immediately greeted me, assessed the problem and took care of it...all in about 20 minutes!

Pretty solid service! Brought my used car I bought needed breaks replaced & an oil change, team notified me of some work I should get done on my car to keep things running smooth and some key issues I should keep an eye on/schedule maintenance going forward. Super nice team.

Did a great job helping me with the oil change! I drive a 6.4 and it takes a specialty oil. We were able to source it and get the job done before a road trip. Thanks to the Saturday crew at the Jiffy Lube

Came in with coolant spilling everywhere and a trashed water pump. Doc, Randall and crew got me fixed up and on my way in no time. Outstanding service, and impressive turnaround. Would definitely recommend!

I called in late, they took me as a last customer and changed a couple of tires, but more importantly, told me the truth about their tire machine leaving cosmetic marks on rims. It's the first time a garage were so truthful and accommodating to me!
