They got me in right away, and even listened patiently while I rambled about what kind of oil I thought my car needed. Instead of just going with what I said, they looked up my vehicle to make sure it received exactly the oil it was supposed to have. My oil change was completed, and I was back on the road in about 30 minutes. The whole process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. It’s refreshing to find a business that takes the time to do things right while treating customers with kindness and respect. I’ll definitely be back!

Professional, easy to work with, fast service.

I have used Jiffy Lube for decades but for the past 3 years the Jiffy Lube on Jackson creek has been my go to. Not once during any visit have any of the employees tried to upsell me on products or services. As a matter of fact there have been a few times that they helped me out on special things I may have needed for my suv. I had a small oil leak a few years back and they graciously put a stop leak in my suv. It took care of the leak and I have not had a problem since. The last time that I went in they told me that my brakes were in need of replacing. They did not try to direct me in any direction for the repair, they simply wanted me to be aware so that I could take care of it for my safety. I have read many reviews over the years of others complaining about their service I honestly must ask myself if we are simply dealing with a handful of Karens. Some people just can not find anything in their lives to be happy about. Those leaving negative reviews are simply reviewing a place that I have never personally experienced because I have never had bad service at the Jackson Creek location.
