I got an oil change here. First time. I was a bit shocked at the price of the oil change but they were nice enough to work with me and price matched my previous oil change at another location. Friendly service and honest employees. Thank you for working with me on the price. Much appreciated.

Very friendly and quick service

We first visited this Jiffy Lube around mid September, and the service was truly excellent. There were only two young gentlemen working at the time, and they were incredibly kind, positive, and welcoming. Their joy was contagious. It really felt like they enjoyed what they were doing and genuinely cared about helping us. I especially appreciated the friendly conversation because it is those simple interactions that make life feel a little brighter. Recently, I had a very different experience at another location across town where the service was poor and I was overcharged. It left me feeling uneasy. I also tried a shop near Aurora and arrived close to closing after a long commute, but unfortunately left disappointed there as well. Because of those experiences, I decided it was worth making the drive back to the 120th and Norco location, and I am so glad I did. Once again, I was blessed by the outstanding service and the team’s clear customer first approach. The camaraderie among the staff, their smiles, and their professionalism truly stood out. It is refreshing to see a team that works with such positivity, integrity, and heart. Thank you for creating an environment that reflects kindness and excellence. You never know how much that can impact someone’s day. You guys rock, 120th and Norco team. Keep shining your light and doing great work. ??

The crew made sure to cover all basis for what my car needed maintenance wise. Didn't have to wait long either, as the service was expedient. Will be back again for my next oil change ??

This is one of the best Jiffy Lubes I have been to. The new manager was very nice and efficient, the entire crew seemed like they actually enjoyed their jobs, and they did it well! The only thing wrong was that I had a coupon from their website and it wouldn't work.
