I took my wife's 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee to these guys. I told them it has multiple leaks and is high mileage so we don't want to throw a bunch of money into it. My service tech immediately said, I understand, I won't try and sell you anything and recommend a cheaper blend option that worked. He also gave me an anti-leak in the oil that was a cheap and effective option. They were kind, curtious and fast. I was only there for about 15 minutes. When he pulled my Jeep up he took me through the engine bay and showed me all the caps were tight, fluids filled, and verified all the work he had done including filling the tires with air. Ive NEVER had another oil place do that. Then he showed me how the last place I went to put the wrong engine filter in the jeep. He was genuinely concerned and replaced it with the correct one for FREE. That was really solid of this team to take such great care of me. The whole team thanked me for coming, and wished me goodbye. This place was legit and the guys were great. Highly recommend.

Great experience with the Parker Team. All staff were courteous, thorough in reviewing service needs and checking over my car. Who knew I had the wrong size wiper blades, now all we need is rain!!

Sean I believe is his name was very kind and knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time. He even got me a coupon since I pulled up Grease monkey instead lol. I thought that was very nice of him to do for me. My AC runs better since he recommended I get my air and cabin filter replaced. So glad he told me about it being over due because it was so dirty and smooshed. Got my oil changed and filter replaced. Was a little pricey but overall I'll be back.

Superb Customer Service, upfront pricing (just ask!), efficient and invested staff. I suggest calling ahead to see how long the line is. Each step of my vehicle servicing was conveyed to me in easy-to-understand terms to discuss what my vehicle needed. I was never pressured into anything and the staff was extremely invested in giving me the bottom line upfront. The GM himself was present, not only with me but with every customer that he could, as well as tending to a prospective employee. I admit that I was blown away by how the GM and his staff were so friendly, thorough, and professional.
