Absolutely wonderful experience for some long needed work on my vehicle. Even with multiple Services needing to be done, they were quick, professional and informative. They didn't push me for everything all at once, but made me feel reassured and knowing that I could come back to get the rest of it taken care of when i was able to. Absolute quality service and great people!

Gene was such a great help. He right away noticed the nail in my tire and offered to help. I previously had my tire filled up every day at grease monkey in Brighton and they never once mentioned the nail!!! I’ll never go back! Jiffy Lube is great.

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube! The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They completed my oil change quickly without making me feel rushed, and they took the time to explain everything they were doing and answer all of my questions. They were patient, informative, and made sure I understood the condition of my vehicle without any pressure. It’s refreshing to find a team that genuinely cares about great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

It took a little longer than expected, but I got a lot more done than just an oil change. A week later, I had brake fluid leaking all over thre ground. I brought my truck back and they fixed it then I went outside and now there’s oil all over the ground. I have to bring my truck back next week. My truck never leak it does now. I brought my truck back down to Jiffy Lube today two weeks after the very first oil change now my real steel between my engine and transmission is leaking. My truck never leaked before. I will never go back to Jiffy Lube again they charged me $359 for labor and now my truck leaks. I’ll never go back there. They’re definitely not worth the money they charge and now I have to go to a real mechanic and get my truck fixed and nothing was wrong with it to begin with.

I’ve brought all three vehicles to this location never have I spent more then 30min great crew and professional.
