Troy did a great job diagnosing the issue with my vehicle and ensuring it was taken fixed. The time taken too was excellent as it wasn’t an excessive amount of time.

I’ve been coming to Jiffy Lube in Westminster-Sheridan for brakes, oil changes, and Uber inspections, and every visit has been excellent. The team is professional, friendly, and efficient. They explain things clearly and always make sure the work is done right. A special thank you to Sarah, Troy, Jonah, Conor, Avery, and the entire team for providing such great service. I truly appreciate your hard work, honesty, and attention to detail. Conor was awesome. He explained everything to me. He also showed me when in the future I will need some other things done to my truck. He did not try to make me do things now when they did not need to be done. I will be back for my next oil change and anything else that needs to be done. Thanks for having a trustworthy employee!!!

Have brought my vehicles to Jiffy Lube for many years and they generally do a good job. A month ago had a radiator flush done on our 2016 Dodge Ram 6.4 Hemi. After this it would not cool correctly and kept overheating. Took it to our mechanic who we've had many years who did another coolant system exchange and told me they did not bleed the system long enough and left a big air pocket that led to the issues. They also told.me to do a system flush it takes about 2 hours if it's done correctly on the big engine trucks. Disappointing to say the least as it cost me 200 plus the repair. Won't have that done again. I spoke with their customer service and was refunded the radiator service. Was also told they would come in and retrain the staff in this kind of service. Thank you for stepping up and taking care of the issue.

The team here was wonderful! They suggested the right maintenance that I needed for the car and at the correct mileage I didn’t feel like they were forcing me into extra work, but I was glad that they brought to my attention. I was able to get my car in quickly and because of some issues with the parts from another store, they had to stay late and make sure my car got done, which I was really appreciative for.

Troy was so helpful and explained when my other services would be due.
