Great customer service, quick and amazing

Great. Very respectful and timely. A little more costly than some other places. But I will comeback because of the contiencience of the employees.

Wonderful experience at this location! I stopped in for an oil change and did have a bit of a wait due to short staffing, but the team handled it incredibly well. Everyone was so kind, apologetic, and appreciative of my patience, and the manager even offered a discount which I really appreciated. They were professional, transparent, and shared helpful info I hadn’t gotten elsewhere. Overall, a really great experience!

Had a nice time, the women are helpful and educational for someone who just drives the car and not someone who knows about cars.

Customer service is next level, thorough explanation of everything done to my vehicle and very personable technicians. They made sure I felt taken care of. Would definitely recommend this location if you’re in need of a quick service and want it to be done well.

I was running errands nearby and dropped in to have Jiffy Lube check and potentially top off my oil before a road trip. When I saw that this shop had women mechanics, actually majority women, I was very surprised! It felt like an invisible weight had been lifted off of my shoulders that I did not know I was carrying. Jovan was very helpful and informative about what services I should get. She recommend a tire rotation and good thing because it turns out I have been driving around without any rear breaks! They were also, for maybe the first time ever in my history of car maintenance, actually faster than the time estimation they gave me. Overall a great experience and I will be back.

Jovan and her team provided excellent customer service and constantly updated me on the status of my car. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and came in for an oil change. This location is the only Jiffy Lube location I currently trust in Colorado. Every-time I go they greet me upon arrival and listen to my concerns and questions. Taking their time to properly address and provide recommendations as to what they believe would be best for my car. They are honest hard working people who are not looking to rip you off and push extra charges on your tab during your routine oil changes. My car also recently hit 100,000 miles which triggered a service recommendation for new spark plugs and Jovan and her team went above and beyond to get me the best spark plugs available as well as install them in a timely manner. I look forward to going back to this location for all future oil changes, coolant top offs and all other general car maintenance. Thank you again to everyone on the Jiffy Lube team at this location and a special shout out to Jovan for her exceptional level of customer service!

This is my go to place for oil changes. I especially appreciate that it is mostly women working there and they take the time to explain things for us less car savvy people. They are friendly and don’t try to push you into services you don’t need. The manger is awesome!

What a pleasant surprise to find this shop! 10/10 Knowledgeable hardworking team & a pleasant surprise to see they were majority women! Felt very much like I could trust their feedback , especially because they informed me that a repair I got at the dealership had been a scam. Real good hearted team that is there to support and inform the customer.

Service was fast and thorough!

Just bought a car recently and was worried that when the used car dealership performed their service on it, they overfilled the oil. I brought the vehicle to this location to have the service redone. Rather than playing into my assumptions, Jovan checked my oil level and got the both a second and third opinion to reassure me that it was done properly and didn't need the service. Saved me money and still performed a routine check up on the vehicle to help me leave with more peace of mind.

Javonne, the manager, was very helpful and kind. She and her crew even jump started my car when the battery unexpectedly died. I was so thankful! I highly recommend this store!

Great service! Jovan was incredibly helpful! She took the time to explain everything, showed me the existing parts that needed to be replaced for context, and made sure I was aware of what service the car needed and why. Usually, I don't usually do reviews, but I had to seek this one out because this Jiffy Lube just saved me over 1k What I would have paid at the Volvo/Audi dealership! Super quick, friendly service, Super honest about what I needed (And didn't need ),and almost an all female staff so count me in for every bit of that. Do yourself a favor and Hit up this Jiffy Lube for your next car service!!!!
