We have been here several times and it has been a joy each time. The staff are amazing, management is wonderful- shout out to Liv (I hope I have your name right lady- ty), Kyle & Eloy, very friendly, professional, knowledgeable! They have never tried to upsell me at this location, which is lovely.

Javon was absolutely amazing. Her and her team were so efficient. They also took the time to explain everything to me, which I can not express how much better that made me feel leaving there. Eloi even opened my door for me at the end on my way out. 10/10 service.

I had a wait like 30 mins the staff was real professional and kind the guy explained to me that checked all fluids told me about my tires and showed me the oil they changed. Would recommend my friends and family there

Awesome staff-came in last minute because our car was doing some WEIRD things on the road and they took such good care of us! Got us a new battery within the hour and gave us plenty of recommendations for any future issues we may have. Will definitely be back to this location!

Went in for an oil change and was informed that the previous place I had it changed stripped the oil pan bolt so they were not able to service the vehicle. They helped me out by filling the oil and giving me instruction on how to approach fixing the issue with the other company. Really appreciate the honesty and assistance.

Selena and the rest of the crew there were very helpful, professional and worked quickly. They had me out of there in less than 45min

The job was done well and quickly. I was very impressed with their shop protocols for both staff and customer safety.

Went in for an oil change at 6:50pm, when they close at 7pm, and they were able to quickly get my car into the bay to start the service. A couple things that were different from previous visits that took away from a 5-star review: they used to top off all fluids but today I was told a coolant top-off would have a charge. And for personal maintenance records, I like getting a print out receipt with a summary of services rendered, systems checked and the cost, but was informed they have gone paperless and no longer give them to customers. For those couple reasons alone I’ve taken away one star, but other than that the guys performing the oil change service were very polite, professional and were swift in performing their job. Weren’t pushy when going through the manufacture recommended services and went over all the work done to my vehicle with me (just a simple oil change). Always remember to check their website for significant discount coupons, as with everything the cost of an oil change is always increasing. All said, I’ll be returning to a Jiffy Lube for my next oil change service.
