Quick Vehicle inspection I was in and out no issues at all. Friendly and professional.

Excellent service! Came in for my AC condenser/clutch not functioning and they were able to fix it quickly and for a very reasonable price—now works perfectly again. They made sure to show and explain everything well and the staff were always friendly and communicative. Would definitely bring my car back here in the future if needed!

The team at this location was great. I had gotten an oil change and brake fluid flush a week ago, and noticed some softness in the brakes. When the brake light turned on randomly, I decided to take it back to have them check for a leak or something. I was able to get in right away on a Friday morning, and they redid the brake fluid for free and test drove my car before handing the keys back to me. The GM even went for a short drive with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work, and the brakes were back to normal. Great customer service, and I do like that this location is managed by a woman.

Went to jiffy lube for the first time for an oil change and was extremely pleased with my experience - staff was friendly, kind, and informative and did not push anything I declined. Super efficient too!

Overall great experience. I was in and out pretty fast for an oil change. Unfortunately, I didn't get the managers name but she was on her A game. Very cool, professional and awesome to chat with. I will be back

Came in for an oil change on my not very common car. Everyone made a huge effort to make it work, delightful people who just took care of me. 10/10

The ladies at the Wadsworth location were super knowledgeable, quick, efficient and made me feel comfortable with explaining the services needed!

Jovan and Selina were amazing and very helpful with figuring out my new twuck. I normally get it serviced at the dealership, but wanted to start branching out. Women mechanics are hard to come by, and I’m really, really appreciative they can help make the car-upkeep experience less stressful. I left with my car fixed and with new knowledge on how to take care of it in the future. Estevan was also great and was very knowledgeable.

Changing my review to 5 stars based on the care and compassion that the general manager of this store, Javon, showed after hearing of my concerns after they were mistakenly telling me I needed new brakes. Will be back with my car and wife's car too.

I had the greatest experience here today because of Javon! I arrived in dire need of brakes attention. She took time to walk me through everything that likely needed to be done. She rode in my vehicle to hear the sounds it was making. She actually taught me things about my brakes! She really went above and beyond with the customer service which is why I am only coming here forever more.

Brought my car into the Jiffy Lube on Wadsworth. The staff was very thorough, explaining what my car needed without being pushy. The team was incredibly efficient and professional. In and out in under 20 minutes without any high-pressure upselling.They checked all my fluids. Excellent customer care. Thank you Selina and David! Will be back.
