Oil change was great, but the man who helped was soooo good to me! He was professional and pleasant. And he brought me cough drops and water when I had a huge coughing fit. I got to JL having a rough morning, and I left in a better mood! Very grateful!

The staff were quick with the oil change and let me know what services were due for my car with no pressure.

You don’t even have to get out of your car!! So convenient, especially in the winter and with little kiddos. Very friendly staff, super fast service. Great experience! Will definitely be my new go-to spot for oil changes. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I just had an oil change today with the berlin Turnpike Wethersfield Jiffy Lube. They were quick professional and very customer focused. They even fixed some things with my car at no cost. I will definitely be going back for my next oil change.

I was able to get a quick oil change during my lunch hour and had a great experience! I mentioned having a wife without thinking about whether it was a safe place to discuss that, and was worried for a second, but the (I assume) manager was great and I felt safe and accepted there. The manager was friendly, joked around, and made an annoying chore more fun. Thank you!
