My experience at Jiffy Lube in Dover was nothing short of amazing. Michael J. was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable from the time I booked my appointment, to the time I pick up my vehicle. He was sure to keep me updated throughout the time that my vehicle was being serviced. Also, they are very fast & efficient & my car drives much better. Lastly, the prices are FAIR, these are good people that aren’t trying to get rich off of one customer. I will be returning for my future needs. Thank you Jiffy Lube, in Dover!

They did a really good job on my car

I worked with Michael Jackson today. He was very helpful, knowledgable, and I will be in soon for 3 more services because he thoroughly explained all intervals and the necessity and importance of these services. Will bring using jiffy lube in the future.

New to Delaware so this was my first visit to the Dover Jiffy Lube. I regularly went to a Jiffy Lube where I lived previously and they team there was always amazing. I was very happy to see that the team here in Dover is also amazing. Friendly, fast, high quality service. I Had an email coupon which I used. Prices were lower than I expected which was awesome. Got an oil change, air filters replaced, fluids topped up, they checked everything including my battery and the rest was OK. Will definitely be returning to this location at my next service interval.

My first time at Jiffy Lube and won't be my last. Service was explained and completed in very short wait time. Additional services were recommended but not forced. No one wants to feel they're not getting what they ask for without being overloaded. I appreciated being given a voice. Pricing for service and labor was very reasonable and fair.

Pretty good place. Not the most competitive with pricing, but the service was good. Staff was friendly. And overall it was a very quick experience.
