Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 34680 JIFFY WAY, LEWES, DE, 19958-4931

Amazing and friendly service from front end to back end was a great experience

We’ve been taking both our vehicles here for years now and haven’t had a single bad experience or any issue. They’re fast, thorough and fair with pricing and discounts. No complaints 5 ??s !!!!

Fast and all very nice people !

Very professional and knowledgeable about my Subaru. I appreciated that my car is now on carfaxs. They explained pricing and purpose for each service. As a 74 year old widow with first time servicing my car, (not my husband) I felt that I could trust them as well as there skill for this car.

The staff was very friendly and courteous and completed the work efficiently.

Quick and easy. Staff very good to work with.

Jiffy Lube team are always at the top of their game. Pleasant polite very customer friendly. Thanks

I had an oil change and rear brake pads replaced at Jiffy Lube. Great service!! I am always pleased with the service I receive. Great pricing too.

Thank you! Great service and great team!

First time to use Jiffy Lube and I was very impressed. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They took time to explain what was needed in a great, understandable way and then they took care of business.

Zach and the crew did a wonderful job in providing service for my 99 BMW M3 Convertible. It is hard to get oil change services for the older BMW's so Jiffy Lube is my go to. First time at the Lewes coastal highway location. Had an issue with obtaining the oil filter but Zach went out of his way to resolve this

Fast, friendly and efficient! They helped me out and change my license plates for me as well. Thank you!

Well I was told all my lights were working properly, however that is incorrect. My passenger front turn signal is out and has been for months. Other than that everything went well.

You charge $3.00 extra to unscrew a playoff cap over the oil plug??

Great service and the employees were wonderful!

Always a pleasant and informative staff. I will continue to frequent this location.

Always good service - got an oil change with all the fluids checked and topped off.

very friendly, very accommodating good service

Exceptional auto service and repair. Definitely one of the best auto service in Rehoboth DE.

traveling to rehoboth for vacation and was stressed about having to get my brakes fixed. but I’m so glad I came to the Jiffy Lube! Special thanks to Moniya and Zach who provided excellent customer service; they were very kind and informative.

Go see Moniya! So professional, kind and you don’t feel taken advantage of! Ladies this is an oil change where we don’t feel like they’re adding stuff on we don’t need!

Monia was absolutely adorable. Incredible and welcome me with open arms. She’s a blessing gentleman name, Mason, incredible outstanding person, highly respected respectful and that’s why I still come to Jiffy Lube.

One of the techs went above and beyond when servicing my car. Very competent and excellent service. Fast and efficient.

Courteous agent at the desk and at the review of recommendations and service details.

Took my expedition here yesterday / the service was prompt and very friendly! They did an oil change, replaced the cabin and engine air filters, and plugged one of the tires. It was very easy and efficient. Plus the Bethany Blues is across the street to grab lunch from!

Efficient and quick but $225 for an oil change and brake line flush that didn't take 10 minutes seems like a lot of money to me

moniya was such a good help!!!
