I went to Jiffy lube in Lewes, DE for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff is friendly and courteous. Service took a bit longer than expected, but staff kept me informed. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this operation.

Excellent experience yesterday! First time visiting this location and I’ll definitely be back. From the moment they greeted me until the end, they were polite and upbeat. They took special care with the process to accommodate my passengers and they were FAST!

Service techs examined the car and discussed what required fixing and what else you wanted done. They were organized, polite and the work done in a timely manner.

CSA got me checked in quickly and addressed a minor concern I had on my last visit. He assured that he will personally inspect to make sure it does not happen again. Impressive young man and great customer service experience. Thank you again sir. I was also in and out quickly.

Absolutely amazing service. That was my first time there and I was thoroughly impressed. From start to finish the location wowed me. Then to top it off AJ went above and beyond to help me out with an issue inside the car. Thanks Jiffylube.

I went to the Lewes location and they were so kind and knowledgeable! They made recommendations for service and were so informative. What impressed me the most was that I was going to get a tire rotation but advised against it because they alerted me to the fact that I needed 2 back tires replaced. I left with $$ in hand to go purchase tires. I was so appreciative of their honestly and advisement. I will be back!! Thank you!

Was told my brake pads looked thin and when they got in there said I didn’t need them. Kudos for being honest!

They were great, timely and efficient. I happen to go when not a single car was there so it really was quick. Staff could not have been nicer. It really is convenient with no appointment necessary.

I went in after work for a quick oil change yesterday, I was in and out in less than 40 mins. Natalie and AJ were incredibly helpful. I’ll be back next week to get my AC fixed!

Stopped in for a spur the moment oil change.They did a great job. I was in and out in under thirty minutes. They graciously even checked my fuse panel for me, because one of my fuses had blown and they replaced it, which I thought was great. They went above and beyond To do that for me. Thank you Jiffy Lube.

My vehicle was over heating really bad. I took it somewhere to have it fixed they replaced the radiator, the thermostat ans a couple of other things. It cost me thousands of dollars. A couple of weeks later it started over heating again. I thought I needed a new water pump Jiffy lube checked it out and it was a leaky hose. They called me told me what it was and the price before they did the work. The price was about a third of what some of these other places charge. I am very happy with the service I received.

Excellent experience! I needed a long list of services. I was in and out in 45 minutes. A dealer would've taken half a day.
