First time to use Jiffy Lube and I was very impressed. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They took time to explain what was needed in a great, understandable way and then they took care of business.

Zach and the crew did a wonderful job in providing service for my 99 BMW M3 Convertible. It is hard to get oil change services for the older BMW's so Jiffy Lube is my go to. First time at the Lewes coastal highway location. Had an issue with obtaining the oil filter but Zach went out of his way to resolve this

Well I was told all my lights were working properly, however that is incorrect. My passenger front turn signal is out and has been for months. Other than that everything went well.

You charge $3.00 extra to unscrew a playoff cap over the oil plug??

Took my expedition here yesterday / the service was prompt and very friendly! They did an oil change, replaced the cabin and engine air filters, and plugged one of the tires. It was very easy and efficient. Plus the Bethany Blues is across the street to grab lunch from!

Efficient and quick but $225 for an oil change and brake line flush that didn't take 10 minutes seems like a lot of money to me

The staff was friendly when I called ahead and encouraged me to come since they weren't busy. I was welcomed upon arrival and told I could wait in the AC with coffee. The process was smooth and quick but most important kind. Jacob, CJ, Scott and Dejour were great!
