????? Outstanding Service! I can’t say enough good things about the Jiffy Lube on Jiffy Way in Lewes! From the moment I pulled up, Zachary and the team had an incredibly friendly attitude. The service was surprisingly quick, but they didn't sacrifice care or attention to detail. Highly recommend them if you want fast, honest, and top-tier service!

My baby had fallen asleep in the car and the team here were able to give me an oil change without waking him up!

Bit of a wait but two of the staff were apologizing to all of the customers with grace. They just got backed up.

The staff was friendly when I called ahead and encouraged me to come since they weren't busy. I was welcomed upon arrival and told I could wait in the AC with coffee. The process was smooth and quick but most important kind. Jacob, CJ, Scott and Dejour were great!

I discovered a nail in my tire on my way home from vacation. I first stopped at another shop and was told it would be a 4-hour wait just to plug the tire, and they wanted to charge me $70. I decided to try Jiffy Lube instead, and I’m so glad I did! They took my car right away, even went next door to pick it up and drive it over to their shop for me. My tire was repaired in under an hour, and the total was only $25. The customer service was outstanding, everyone was friendly and helpful, and they turned a stressful situation into a great experience. I highly recommend them and will definitely return in the future!

From the moment I took my car in for the oil change the experience was excellent. I was greeted by the most kind man then only waited about 15 minutes for the oil change. I used a 15.00 coupon online that made the price so reasonable. There was no pressure to have any other type work done. The experience was great at the Lewes location.

The whole experience was great. All of the staff were great especially the manager. He went way out of his way to help us. We are from out of town and had a problem with our air conditioning. Although he couldn’t thoroughly fix the problem he sure took the time to explain to us what we needed.

Very efficient; very thorough; even fixed a low tire pressure indicator that wasn’t on my fixed list and I did it for free Answer my sixth time here and definitely not my last

Had to take a company truck in for service today. My tech was AJ and that dude is a whole vibe. He was very detailed in his explanation of what i needed but not pushy about just adding things to charge me more. AJ explained everything in a professional and friendly way. He took the time to chop it up with me like old friends but got me in and out in a timely manner as well. He was one of those people you're happy to have run into during your day.
