My fourth time at Jiffy Lube. The Lewes, Delaware branch on the coastal highway is awesome. Staff does a great job and very courteous. It is very convenient. I recommend them!

I have been taking my car to Jiffy Lube for a long time . I've always been pleased with the service there . I had an oil change done and they replaced my tag lights as I wasn't aware they were out . When they replaced them tho , my backup lights are now out . The dash light comes on now where it didn't before . Im not sure what happened ??

Thoroughly impressed by the honesty of the employees, and their willingness to help. I've brought two cars to them over the past few years. They assisted in diagnosing an issue with one vehicle but it was not something they could fix (it ended up being body work and required welding) but they would not accept payment for the diagnostics. Just yesterday I brought them my current car, and they were attentive, quick, and fair. Asked me prior to performing the oil change because I had been in more recently than the standard 6 months/6k miles, and they did "not want to double dip". Very appreciative of their ethics and work!

Jiffy lube is a great place to take your vehicle. The mechanics are good with a little speed to help that!! They go over everything they find and fix what they can,,,they also clean your windows,,,and do what they can to make it look good!!

The service from the people was great! I thought the labor price for putting in a new battery and the other work was extremely high.

The service person took time to show the vehicles recommended maintenance. They were quick, friendly & efficient. Even installed my new wipers.

Manager Kim and company are efficient and they get you in and out with a job well done! Always a pleasure!

This place is great!! I recommend this place all the time. Sometimes it can be very busy but I just come back. Usually I don’t mind the wait because they are very efficient and knowledgeable

My husband took the truck here, and he's a tough critic. But he went on and on about them helping him get the price down with coupons, their knowledge of the business as well as the service, and how easy it was. An oil change usually gets us for around $200. So when he told me it was $57, I thought he didn't get everything done, but they sure did! Plus, they told him what to do for the air filters. Shockingly honest and helpful. I'll never go anywhere else. You just don't find people like this anymore. Real good folks.

First time here. There were 4 people ahead of me and I expected to have to wait a while but everything moved along quickly. The communication was friendly and clear. I made my choices and was taken care of right away. The vacuuming of the car was a great touch and I drove away happy.

WOW, I have always liked the Jiffy lube in Lewes but yesterday was a whole new experience. I had to ask about the change and found out it is under new owners. Natalie and AJ were my "customer service representatives" and they were amazing. They spent time going through the history of my car as that is the only place I have ever taken it for maintenance. They were absolutely wonderful. I wanted to adopt them.

I've used this Jiffy Lube for 15+ years and it has always performed well and punctual to my needs.

They lowered pasenger seat all the way back in reclining position and left it. My lower glove box latch was broke had to order new one. They didnt say anything. Other then that very happy.

Great customer service!! And it was quick! My only negative comments are that I think the pricing is getting way too high (pretty much the same as going to my auto dealer) - and I paid for synthetic oil change (which gives you 5,000 miles) but the sticker they put on my windshield says 3,000. Not sure why…

Quick and painless

Good service, way overpriced. What happened to $19.99 oil change. I paid over $100 and all they did was change my oil!!

AJ and the rest of the team were hard working, helpful and efficient! I came at a busy time, and they managed the rush and the customer side well.

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and the service is always speedy
