Excellent place for my oil change for my Range Rover Evoque. Best cost as well.

Went to service the car at Jiffy, the minute that I call I knew it was the place to do so… service was fast and reliable with the only issue each rendered service are bills separately. Air Cabin filter address, engine gasket filter and Bosch wapperblade suggested. ??????

I gave this business a five-star rating for their service and professional employees. But I would give them ZERO stars because I was sent a 50% off coupon and yet that is not what I got when I went to pay. I feel like this was a bait and switch on the Corporate level. ????

It was a pleasant experience having work done at JL. The work was completed in a timely manner with excellent quality and professionalism.

Jiffy lube Altamonte springs Knowledgeable and friendly staff

I read the reviews on this location. There was a mixture of reviews. I trusted my gut. I pulled up to garage and I was greeted by a friendly face. It was early but the young man was very cordial. I went to the waiting room which was comfortable. The tall,older man looked the history of the previous services. He let me know the oil that was used last time. He told me it would take30 minutes. I sat down. Then a woman came to talk about the things wrong with car. I felt like oh boy here it comes. I knew the brakes had been squeaking for a while. I needed new brake pads. She told me the break pads were beyond low. She gave me her recommendation and let me know what my options were. She was great. She explained in detail what was going on with the brakes. This was going to take 45 minutes. In total I was there only 2 hours. I was probably there less than 2 hours. My experience was fantastic. The cost of services was reasonable. The customer was great. The location was easy to get to. I would recommend ppl to use this location. I saw a distraught college student come in because her check engine light was on but the staff helped her. The reassured her that they would find the problem. They treated her great. They treated me great. I was glad I made the choice to come to the Altmonte springs location.

By the very next day, everything was resolved—my repairs were covered, I was reimbursed for out-of-pocket costs, and they refunded the oil change. Mike and the team demonstrated what true customer service looks like—fast, professional, and genuinely focused on making things right. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them is what matters most. I’m thoroughly impressed and grateful for how this location took care of me. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for both service and integrity.

Spent roughly 1 hour total on site- 30 minutes waiting and 30 minutes for the oil change itself. Technician Julio in particular was great. Very well done.

They are fast they are efficient. They are not looking to take your money or rip you off. You cannot find a better place for service in my opinion.

Broke down today with 3 dogs and 3 kids in the vehicle. Complete disaster situation. Luckily I pulled into this place. The general manager, Steve cleared out the waiting room and let us sit. The water pump was fixed within an hour or two. The mechanic was super nice and I'm sorry I didn't get his name. In 2024 it's hard to come by good people. These people deserve some recognition.

Jiffy Lube is a great place to get your oil changed. They have a good stock of air and cabin filters too so that you can do multiple things at once - as compared to Take 5, where they just do the basics. Wish we had Jiffy Lube in our town.
