The woman, sorry don't remember her name, she mentioned she was going to be taking maternity leave soon, she was super informative and very helpful. She was on top of things there. Definitely explained what and why I needed (she recommended) certain oil and filter explaining and showing me mine which was the original filter ?????? and badly needed changed. Anyway they did a great job and the guy who changed everything did a swift thorough job

This is my go to spot for oil changes. The whole team are awesome, quick and responsive. The best jiffy lube in the area.

My first time was a wonderful experience. Today was my second time… It’s just so easy and organized. I feel safe that my automobile was in good hands.

I brought in my 2013 Nissan 370 Z and Jeremy M. Xavier and Kia did an excellent job of going above and beyond the call of duty changed my filters, fluids and thoroughly check to make sure everything looked good and they did it with professionalism, thank you. I highly recommend their services and will use them again.

Kia and Xavier were so sweet and quickly fixed the issue I had with my coolant amazing customer service!

Great service and friendly employees. EDIT: One major issue made me drop one star. They recommended a coolant flush just to over fill my coolant and caused my car to overheat, the very problem they were trying to fix. If you put too much coolant in a car when the vehicle heats up and the coolant expands the coolant finds other places to escape and may cause air pockets that over heat car. I should’ve known something was wrong because when the salesman asked the tech if the coolant level was correct she gave him an attitude and said “I don’t know, does it matter.” Now here I am 3 weeks later having to remove the excess coolant and test the integrity of the coolant myself. Everyone in the shop was friendly towards me but you can tell there’s miscommunication between the staff.
