Cooley gave great service at this location. He and his team showed me my dirty filter and the replacement and services needed for my vehicle. I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for many years and appreciate the service I have received.

Levi was an excellent employee and clearly understood cars. as a fellow professional and a business owner I can see him going far. The other two employees working with him that day were interesting... no issues overall should be noted. It's also worth mentioning that Levi's superior business skills lie in jeans. Definitely worth the future investment.

Went in for an oil change and ended up fixing another issue that was a very serious problem. The staff was very helpful and the manager was especially knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this place for any of your auto needs

Levi did a great job on my car. He and Israel were professional and courteous. I like that you can stay in the car and watch everything they are doing. They even pipe in AC to keep you comfortable.

Amazing service by the store manager Jacquel. I hadn’t been to a Jiffy Lube in almost 2 years over some bad experiences back in south Tampa but my man was here to change that perspective. From friendly deals to good discounts, AC while you wait. Working with me on the final price. I will definitely be coming back and Jiffy Lube should have more people like him on every station.

This is how an oil change should go. I was there 15-20 minutes total. All the staff was friendly. Quick and easy. If it wasn't for the costs and the obligatory upsell attempt, it would be 5 stars.

GO to 602 E Brandon and meet the General Manager Antonio. Today I met him and his crew - Levi, Ishmael and Frank. They are the best human beings, hard working and knowledgeable professionals and FUN. They CARE about their customers and their vehicles in every way. They even got my hood to close correctly because it was not closing right for a while. They would not let me drive off unless they were satisfied that everything was alright. The Team there knows what they're doing and they definitely know what Customer Service is. Antonio is a true leader and the team works well together. I had an excellent experience there today and I have great respect for all of the staff. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube, especially this particular shop and the great services they offer. Thank you everybody!

Abraham and Issac were absolutely amazing!! I would go to Take 5 oil change jyst to hang out with these guys!!, friendly out going,best oil chang ever! best customer service ever! I would and will never go any were else!! and you absolutely can't beat their prices! so if you need your oil changed and wanted to be treated right,as well,let them WHOA YOU! .Blessings to Take 5 on Hwy 60!! keep going guys!

I just had my second treatment for my Ford. The guys were incredibly helpful and very understanding. Antonio was there every step of the way and answered all my questions. He changed the liquid for my transmission fluid and put new spark plugs. After that my car is not letting no more White smoke. Don't know the magic you guys did but you guys saved my day. Thank you so much Antonio you guys have a customer for life.

Tate and the crew were awesome! They got everything done truly in 15 minutes and it was an enjoyable experience, dare I say even FUN?! (and that with a 1 year old in tow) I'll definitely be back for regular oil changes! The cost compared to other quick oil change places was also much less and I appreciated that. I also enjoyed them caring for my vehicle, asking important questions, but also being courteous and respectful regarding any declinations!

I had an amazing experience at the Jiffy Lube on Brandon Boulevard. Tate always takes great care of me, and his customer service is truly top-notch. I used to visit the location on Bloomingdale and Bell Shoals, but the customer service there just wasn’t what I expect, so I started coming here instead — and I’m glad I did. Tate is professional, friendly, and makes sure everything is explained clearly. He goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and confident in the service they’re getting. Honestly, he’s a 10 out of 10 every time I come in. I actually live only two minutes from another location, but I’ll gladly drive 20 minutes through traffic just to come to this store because the service Tate provides is worth it. Because of him and the excellent team here, this is now my go-to place for oil changes. Highly recommend!
