So helpful and very willing to walk me through everything that I was paying for

The whole team has mastered customer service. Probably a no brainer to all the "clear" professionals, the team has a master customer service boss. Folks it starts at the top, stop preaching if you are not praying, get it? Justin picked up the phone and won me in. Taylor greated me and I thought this was a dream. What a team. Why? Knowledge, Humble Confidence, Action Ears, Recommendations, Voices and Faces that SMILE. Most of all; the delivered product far exceeded the cost. THANK YOU ALL and an excellent job, WOW done.

Justin and Charles were fantastic and very knowledgeable!! Got me in and out in 10-15 minutes

Courteous, friendly and thorough. No upselling, just took care of what I needed. Strongly recommend

Great experience at Jiffy Lube today! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to explain the services and recommendations without being overly pushy, which I really appreciated. They also gave me a discount and did a great job with my oil change. Quick, easy, and friendly service. Thank you!
