Great experience at Jiffy Lube on Sunrise in Fort Lauderdale. I stopped in with my Audi just for a tire rotation and they were fantastic. The service was quick, easy, and very efficient. The staff was friendly, the shop was clean, and everything was handled professionally. I really appreciated how smooth the whole process was. I’d definitely come back here for future service on my car. Highly recommend!

I showed up without an appointment to get an oil change I was immediately approached by a wonderful employee who said I could go in the air conditioned lounge area and he would take care of my car which he did a great job. I don’t think I was there more than a half hour I paid and I then left very satisfied with the courtesy, efficiency and helpfulness the employees showed. I will be recommending this East Sunrise location to my friends and family. Thanks again

the team here was super helpful, another mechanic unrelated to the company had jimmy fixed my car and the team at the ft lauderdale location was extremely helpful and energetic. each technician had such an amazing attitude especially while working in such hot florida heat, im so extremely grateful for all of them who worked today and helped me out. they were ALL amazing. so many amazing helpful technicians i wish i could name them all

We got an oil change today and they were very quick and helpful they put air in our tires and told us about work that needed to be done to the car and gave us a really good deal definitely will be returning for future maintenance amazing staff

Came in for just an oil change for my vintage BMW Z3. They took my car immediately upon arrival and within the next 20 minutes, had my oil change and a new filter, and I was ready to go. Quick, efficient and a very pleasant experience. I’ll be back.

Great place for oil change and service

This was my first visit to Jiffy Lube. The people running the shop were super personable and friendly. They made recommendations without making me feel like they were upselling unnecessary things.

My tire pressure was low due to the weather changes. Jeremy the station manager went above and beyond helping me and explaining to me why it happens and got me right!

Great place to get an oil change. They are always kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. With an older car and very limited car knowledge, I always go here because I trust they will check everything and let me know what needs to be fixed, or what can wait until next time.

???????? I almost always service my own vehicles at the dealership where they were purchased, but when helping out a guest’s car, Jiffy Lube is definitely a great alternative. The experience felt efficient, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. They do suggest add-on services, but the recommendations come from a place of real expertise and are reasonably priced — never pushy. Tommie was especially helpful, guiding the process with friendliness and knowledge, which really tied the whole visit together. It also helps that they regularly send out coupons, making the service even more cost-effective. A solid, convenient option when you need quick service done right.

I’ve been to this Jiffy Lube location 3 times over the last few months, and every visit has been consistently great. Jeremy, the manager, and his team are incredibly kind, honest, and accommodating. My first visit was for an oil change, and they took the time to let me know about other maintenance my car needed without being pushy. They clearly explained what was a priority and what could wait, which I really appreciated. I eventually returned to replace my front brake pads and rotors, and today I came back for to replace one of my brake lights. They didn’t have the bulb in stock, but Jeremy personally went to pick one up so I wouldn’t have to wait. Service has always been quick, and on the occasions when they suggested dropping my car off instead of waiting, it was ready exactly within the timeframe they promised. The convenience of not needing a dealership appointment plus the honesty and professionalism here make all the difference. Highly recommend this location, thank you Jeremy and team!
