Most professional personal ever fast service and great guidance

Willie and Samantha at Jiffy Lube on Fowler Avenue in Fort Myers provided an absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure I was taken care of. Their customer service went far beyond what I expected. Willie and Samantha took the time to explain everything clearly, treated me and my vehicle with respect, and made the entire process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail, and sincere kindness truly set them apart. It is rare to find people who combine exceptional service with such warmth and professionalism. Willie and Samantha are tremendous assets to Jiffy Lube and deserve to be recognized for the extraordinary way they represent the company. Because of them, I will gladly return to this location and confidently recommend it to others. Five stars are simply not enough.

I came in with my car after a transmission message popped up in my car. I had to make a 2 hour drive and I was worried so I stopped at this Jiffy Lube to get advice and not only did I get it but they fixed my issue in less than 20 minutes and I was able to get home safely. I cannot thank them enough as I went from having a panic attack to driving comfortable and safe thanks to Wiley and his staff.

Came her per a recommendation from a friend. Was very pleased with my service. Was fast & efficient. Waiting room chairs were cozy & the bathroom was very clean. I’d go many miles out of my way to get the excellent service I received. Absolutely do everything they advertise and more.

I have now been here twice- both times for brake replacement. The first time I was in an emergency last minute situation. Not only did they do everything I needed, but they stayed open late and were so welcoming and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough! Reliable, helpful, and efficient!

Customer service and attention to detail 5 star

I had a bad experience with Tire plus regarding the break on my Acura 1997; they put me on a payment plan and nothing was really resolved and I go to Jiffy Lube for the same problem. Now guys I have peace and mind , Staff over there were very professional they help me with my break issues
