They do a great job. Pricey but up front about the cost. They also are able to do some maintenance and vehicle repairs as they have a mechanic on certain days.

James is amazing! Great service and he will treat your car like his own.

James and his team were AMAZING! They were so sweet, helpful and got our oil done in like 10 minutes it was awesome. He was so sweet with my toddler, opened the doors for us. All around a really wonderful experience I cannot recommend them enough!

I was well satisfied with my vehicle service. Like watching a pit crew doing what they know best. I was impressed and that's hard to come by now a days. Oil change, tire rotation, cabin and intake filters, wiper blades replaced all in short time. I will be back and will pass on my positive experience to family and friends. This was my first time here and the team was kind and efficient. I was in and out quickly and offered a coupon! Paul stood to block the sun out of my eyes while he was getting my vehicle info which I thought was very kind and demonstrates great customer service. I think this is a solid choice for a quick oil change with good customer service (which can be hard to find!)

I found my new oil change spot this morning! I was in and out and even got a deal on my oil change! Guys were very helpful and they topped off all of my fluids on both of my vehicles! I will for sure be back.

I honestly can't thank this location and the folks inside enough for helping me. They worked on my car fixing issues that another auto shop created. They are reasonably priced, fair, honest, and know their stuff. I will be back soon to get any service done by them. I honestly wish I would have went to them first instead of tire plus on newberry rd. So if you ever need anything done on your car and you want honest and genuine mechanics that know their stuff go to Jiffylube on Newberry rd next to cicle k and waffle house. I honestly think they are the best in and around gainesville. Thank you all for helping me in such a horrible situation. May this business prosper throughout 2026.

The Jiffy Lube Employees at this location are the best. Consistently given competent service. I have been to a few other locations in Florida and none compare to this Newberry Road operation. I will continue to give them my business. I recently stopped in because another Jiffy Lube place had not secured my air filter box and the gentleman was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He has top notch customer service skills, gave me options, was very kind, and helped me take care of the most important services my car needed while on a budget. Thank you, AJ!

I’ve been going to this Jiffy Lube for years and i’ve never had anything short of an exceptional experience. The staff are polite, professional, trustworthy, and efficient, and they have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to provide excellent customer service. I showed up tonight about 20 mins before close (and told them i’d happily come back if it was too late to get an oil change) but they welcomed me in and got me out in less than 20 mins. One of their staff members even walked down the street to grab an air cabin filter for me because mine needed replacing and they didn’t have any in their inventory. Can’t recommend this location enough.

I had another great experience at this Jiffy Lube during my recent visit for an oil change and tire rotation. The whole team was super friendly and professional from start to finish. Leeroy clearly prides himself on delivering quality work and customer satisfaction. . Anthony went above and beyond expectations. He wasn’t just in the office; he was out there working side-by-side with his team helping rotate tires, change oil, and personally engaging with customers on service options. Anthony is a clear leader and shows to be a strong performer. Even though we moved 45 minutes north last year, I still drive to this location for my oil changes and tire rotations. The service and the people here make it well worth the trip. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Tires Plus for my oil change! Look for AJ or Von they were professional and got me checked in quickly. They gave me a clear explanation of what they checked and what condition my car was in—no pressure, no upselling. Definitely the fastest service in Gainesville. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change and any other maintenance I need!
