We are traveling to Disneyworld from Texas and my car showed an alert that the oil was low. We knew we had a small leak around the valve cover, so we popped in to this location and Alex took care of us! He was kind and checked top and bottom to make sure the leak was not worse! Highly recommend this location! Alex was great!!

Alex is a life saver! He took time out of his day to help a friend of mine push his broken down car from the side of 34th to the parking lot of Khols. Amazing guy! Will definitely be using Jiffy Lube for my oil changes going forward.

I needed to get a second opinion for another company business had given me a list that had given me a panic attack because they were being thorough and I didn't have the finances to do a u-haul in my engine. So this company and the management including was able to fine tune what I was looking at from the list that was given to me and what was urgent and what was not. Giving me the understanding of what I am looking at overall. It was a big blessing to have somebody be so kind to me like that! I have always had success through this company in general!
