I was running errands all day and needed my oil changed, came in about an hour before close and the team was able to quickly help me out within 20 minutes. Thanks so much

First time I got an oil change ever band a Jiffy Lube and I really like the service there everyone was very polite yes ma’am no ma’am you don’t see that too many places anymore but I really like it. I will be going back and they ask you before they do any work on your car if you would like this change or not and I like that thank you.

Friendly people, who were honest and straight forward about costs and what my vehicle needed

I went to this location to ask them to check out my car before I get on the road to go out of town (fluids, tire pressure, etc). Elijah was VERY informative and helpful right away. They said Adam was training but he hopped right on checking my fluids. Billy and Wood all pitched in so that I could get in and out quicker than usual. And I appreciate that. It was like going to the African hair braiders with like five hands in your head at once so you can be done in a fraction of the time. In case it matters to anyone reading, they went through the upselling routine but they made sure to tell me what was actually needing to be priority. I went for a couple of the recommendations. :)

Great job overall, but I really don't like how they pressure you to leave a review. They hold the QR code up to you then are next to your car, so you feel like you need to scan it and leave a review.

The staff was nice and helpful. We got in and got out quickly. I had an A/c charge and it was a good bit more than last time but things go up.

Completed my oil change in a reasonable amount of time even though they had to call and find the uncommon oil filter, then go pick it up and install it.
