Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 3714 NW 13TH ST, GAINESVILLE, FL, 32609-2182

I stopped in after work for an oil change. Christian and Antonio both offered phenomenal service and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube and team!

Wood was amazing! I would recommend this location if you’re looking for a good price and great service quality in this area.

It was quick. They have a good team there who clearly enjoy working together.

Fast & efficient ??

Awesome work. They were quick and courteous and got me out in time to enjoy my lunch!

Team was professional and has a better communication between themselves than a car dealership service team!

Did a wonderful job and Wood my service rep was great!

I pulled in to the Jiffy Lube on 13th after making a horrible mistake of adding old, used oil to my car in between oil changes and my car was not happy. They were super busy but surprisingly the wait was not long at all. The attendant was very friendly, checked out my vehicle, listened to my concerns and provided detailed explanations for everything that was needed. I usually stick strong to only receiving an oil change but I knew my vehicle needed other repairs and they were so friendly and upfront that I was happy to have them complete several services for me. My car is running perfectly and I’m very grateful that my mistake led me to this Jiffy Lube today. 10/10 service and I didn’t have to give up a kidney for payment! I’m extremely satisfied. Wood and Torey were wonderful!
